The one who cleaned the kitchen did not do a good job. The inside of the fridge (which was requested) was not done at all. The counter were wiped down but were not clean at all. The cleaner did do a decent job on the stove though. They also arrived early, which most of the time would not be an issue. However, I wasn't able to sequester my cats before they arrived, and they freaked my cats out. The heavy chemical smell did not help them. Unfortunately, I don't think I will hire their services for a deep clean of my kitchen again. I may decide to give them another chance when I need a deep clean of the bathrooms.

So when I was quoted $210 for chairs for no more than 10 minutes of work, I of course thought that it was ridiculous. When he brought the price to $150, I went along with it. However, when the job was completed, I was charged more than the quoted price. I even excused the fact that speakers were knocked over but luckily was not broken. My main concern is not necessarily the cost itself, but the fact that the final price did not match what was promised. The unexpected increase in price left me feeling misled. I went back to them and the customer service did say they would refund me. However, it's been almost a month and I have not gotten a check or even a confirmation that it is forthcoming. Some excuse was made to me to explain the delay but I can't understand why a business would have so much trouble cutting a check for $60 within a reasonable time frame. When I am charged almost $800, I would expect clear communication. An almost 5 star company would honor quoted prices and unfortunately this experience did not meet my expectations. Their service was top notch. They picked up, inspected, repaired and cleaned all of rugs using only the correct materials to preserve the value and integrity of rugs. They also cut new pads to further preserve the rugs. When they delivered the rugs, they made sure the pads were correctly placed, moving furniture to make sure the placement was perfect to highlight the beauty of the carpets. They also have locations in San Francisco and San Rafael which makes them extra convenient. In addition to cleaning, if I were in the market to buy or sell a rug, I would definitely go to one of their locations. They know antique carpets! Will definitely use them again.
