I decided to go with them because of good reviews and said that they'll use wood safe solution for cleaning my hardwood floors. Unfortunately my floor is still very dirty after they cleaned it. My house needed move-in cleaning. When they were done, I asked specifically if they cleaned the floor. They said yes. However, my bare feet became black from the dust. So I bought swiffer to clean the floor, and they were so dirty! I'm not sure if they cleaned other parts of the home well, but I'm very disappointed. Update: I found a lot of dust above the doors and below the windows. It tells that they didn't clean the house thoroughly and only the areas that are readily visible. I'm really disappointed because I spent a lot of money for cleaning. read more

The kitchen appliances like the microwave and oven were gleaming and spotless. I hired Jonny and his crew for a move out cleaning for a rental property I managed. The tenants made a huge mass and didn't empty the house at the day Johnny arrived. They cleaned as much as they can around the items and patiently waited till the tenants emptied the house. Johnny went out his way to clean the foggy windows, the severely littered garage. He responded to every request I have and went beyond it. He also hauled the garbage the tenants left there for a very reasonable price. I had a last minute request to have a place deep cleaned and move-in ready. JD cleaning responded to my request and made the trip there to clean on a SUNDAY! The owner came with another team member and cleaned the unit inside out. He took the initiative to dissemble the greasy kitchen hood grill covers and the fans inside to make it immaculately spotless. The oven cleaning was incredible. The interior was full of dust and black debris as it had not been used or cleaned for as long as it existed?! but JD cleaned it to an unrecognizable state (refer to pics). I am a clean freak (and have a rigorous cleaning routine where I live); for the rare spots in the unit that I wanted another wipe, there was no reservation or defensiveness but just simple positive attitude make things right.
