My friends have been using RagBin and raved about what a great job they do and how friendly and respectful Jaime is so I called and scheduled an appt (super easy) and they came out the next day! Sunday arrived and we walked through my home and I explained what I needed and along with what he provides with his deep clean service he went to work! Eco friendly products which is absolutely refreshing and a necessity with a baby! Attentive, detail oriented and he took his time. Was not rushed and did a great job! In my opinion such a great job I had to write about it! I don't post many reviews but some services are worth writing about. If you're looking for a family owned family friendly professional eco friendly company give Rag Bin a try I promise you won't be disappointed ... I WASNT! Thank you Jaime!

I left them a tip because from beginning to end I felt like customer service is a priority to them which is important to me. Anyway, I'm going to definitely call them up if I need my place cleaned again. Thank you!!!!!!!

So I decided to go to trusted Yelp and came across Jim who I saw was working for many years at another carpet cleaning company in Los Altos with good reviews. I found him to be very thorough in the way he cleaned my carpets and he also removed a coffee stain that I hadn't been able to get out. I could tell that Jim has many years experience in this profession, and would absolutely hire him again when needed. Thanks Jim!

We've used Mr. Peabody's for well over a decade for cleaning our carpets. By far, they have the…read morebest equipment and most meticulous approach. They are also not inexpensive, so if you need some deep cleaning and other services - they'll do a great job for you -- but it will cost you some bank. We currently have 5 year old carpet that I called them to clean. Over the phone we discussed what areas were needed -- they still have measurements and rooms recorded from our first visit - so I simply had to confirm what areas were to be cleaned. I was pleased to learn they also do non-carpeted floor and countertop cleaning now, too, though we didn't schedule that. We set up an appointment and the team (3 people!) arrived promptly. They identified areas that needed some deeper cleaning (bad dog!) and we agreed on the services and pricing. The team brought in tarps to cover our floor, used booties so they didn't track anything in, and had corner guards to protect our walls from getting messed up. They also showed considerable knowledge of construction materials and advised us on the best care for the carpet and how they would approach the cleaning so as not to damage our baseboards. In short, they did a great job on our carpets (as always.) I highly recommend Mr. Peabody's!

Trenton, who was the tech that scoped out the job previously showed up on time and proceeded to build a room in the kitchen to contain the dust from cutting the stone. He removed material from three sides of the opening and the new cook top fit perfectly. He then cleaned everything up so our kitchen was stone dust free. When he was all done, he waited for me to do the final prep of the cook top and help me put it in place. A true professional company, and well worth the cost!
