Really disappointing experience…read more First, it appears this business no longer actually operates in San Francisco and instead refers or sends work to friends/family connected with the business. We used them for house cleaning about 4-5 times. We originally had Wednesdays scheduled, then switched to Mondays. Then, completely out of nowhere, they simply stopped showing up. I texted the person coordinating our cleanings three separate times and received no response. I then contacted another person associated with the business, who replied and said she would follow up with her nephew. After that, nothing. That was by far the most frustrating part: no cancellation, no explanation, no response -- they just ghosted us. It was also disappointing because every time we hire a new cleaner, there is time involved in showing them the house, explaining what needs to be done, and establishing a routine. After doing that with this team, it ended up feeling like a complete waste of our time. We also experienced a change in pricing from what was discussed during the initial walkthrough, which added to the frustration. With young kids, we rely on having dependable help and can't easily absorb a cleaner simply not showing up. I understand if a business can no longer accommodate a client, but sending a simple message is the bare minimum. The lack of communication was extremely unprofessional.

Lilian's cleaning service did a fantastic job! The team of cleaners that came over were easy to…read moretalk to and work with and after a brief discussion to confirm the areas we needed cleaned they got right to work and didn't need any additional assistance or details. The service needed was two bathrooms and 1 vacant bedroom deep cleaned, plus the exterior of second windows which could be reached from the inside. They completed all of this work in roughly 3 hours, and they made the most of this time, vacuuming and wiping down every surface. At one point I watched as a team member cleaned in the gap between where the hardwood floor and the baseboard should connect, but since it's and older house these had become warped and dirt had gotten between there. In the end all the cleaned areas shined like new. As an added note, we live with two pets, cat and dog and the team was comfortable to work around both animals, who were curious what was going on in the house. I would absolutely hire them again. No headaches with scheduling and well worth the money for the job they did.

Joel's initial walkthrough appointment made me feel much more confident that the quoted price was realistic, rather than estimates based on a few details over email/Yelp request. While admitting needing that help feels a bit awkward and stressful, they put me at ease and made the experience feel comfortable and judgment-free. Joel was really easy to communicate with, the price is competitive, and I liked that I could pay by Zelle. We're now booked for every other week cleanings, so I'll share how things go over time.

It really felt like she went above and beyond, and I could tell she put a lot of time and effort into making everything look clean and organized. Unfortunately, the second cleaning felt a bit rushed, possibly because she had another appointment afterward. Once she was finished, she seemed to be in a rush to leave and I didn't really get a chance to walk through and double-check that everything was good to go before she left. I would have appreciated having a few minutes to look everything over and point out anything that may have been missed. It also didn't feel like the same level of care or attention to detail was given this time. I noticed some dirty spots that weren't completely wiped down or vacuumed, and one of my floors wasn't as spotless as it was after the first cleaning, so I don't think it was fully mopped. My room also didn't have that same clean and organized feeling it had after the first visit. The first time, the stairs in my hallway were also cleaned, but during the second visit I was told that the stairway wasn't included and would be an additional cost. That was a little confusing since it had been done during my previous cleaning. Overall, my first experience was excellent and genuinely felt like the cleaner went above and beyond. The second cleaning just wasn't as thorough or consistent, which was disappointing since I specifically rebooked the same cleaner based on how impressed I was the first time. That being said, I still trust this cleaning company more than others I've tried and would continue to use them. I just hope future cleanings are more consistent with the quality, effort, and attention to detail I received the first time.

Despite having a scheduled appointment, they informed me the cleaners would arrive 30-40 minutes late. I had already been quoted $300-$400 for cleaning a small unit that had been left in clean condition. The company scheduled the appointment for Saturday, but then began telling me about cleaners charging overtime on weekends--as though their own scheduling decisions and staffing costs were somehow my responsibility. When I pointed out that their crew was late and that they were wasting my time, the company responded by canceling my appointment altogether. No meaningful apology, no attempt to make the situation right--just a cancellation after I objected to their poor scheduling and lack of professionalism. I cannot comment on the quality of their cleaning because they never showed up. Based on their unreliable scheduling, misleading presentation, and terrible customer service, I would strongly recommend finding another cleaning company.
