You can check wait times online and even put your name down without walking inside. The staff at check in is polite and always understanding. The doctor/nurses are knowledgeable and make every effort to help my kids feel as safe and comfortable as possible. I almost think it's a pediatrician sometimes with how kind they are. For starters, Deborah is so outstanding that I changed to her at the beginning of this year. As fabulous as Deborah is, Dr. Salwan is even more so! They are caring, compassionate, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They explain diagnoses, tests, and treatments without sounding patronizing or condescending. Our sole problem with this office is that we've had problems with getting medications being sent to the wrong pharmacy, sometimes not sent at all. I deal with this by getting to know the women in the back office by name and addressing them whenever I call about any prescription problems. All in all, we are both quite happy with the way Dr. Salwan and his staff handle our medical care. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I told them on the phone that I had been calling for two weeks and had left messages asking for a callback, but no one ever returned my calls. The response I got was: "You just need to keep trying to call." At one point, I even drove to the office in person just to schedule an appointment, but I cannot keep driving there every time. I also requested my medical records because I want to change doctors, and I was told it would cost $25. Seriously??? I have never seen a charge for medical records before. There are three people working at the front desk, and I honestly don't know what they are doing. This review is a cry for help. It's unbelievable. I have never experienced such poor front desk service in my life. It honestly feels like they are intentionally not answering the phone. On top of that, the doctor likes to order various tests and insists that you come in every few months for visits, for reasons that are unclear -- likely just to charge you more money.
