First time in office from my husband's appointment. We were told we could go over test results from…read moreprevious provider if we provided them. Which we did. He sat in the waiting room for an hour and a half waiting for his name to be called. He goes up to the front desk and is told that he was checked in at 7:47 but there was some type of "glitch" in the system that didn't show he was in the waiting room. So many patients were called ahead of him. I'm so glad I met him there to drop off test results. Something told me to reconfirm that his test results would be reviewed, and she cuts me off saying oh no no one will help him with that today. As I'm explaining what we were told over the phone, the older blonde woman at the front cuts me off and starts talking over me, when I politely let her explain whatever B's she needed to tell me. I call her out on it and let her know that I won't accept any disrespect as I did not disrespect her. I wait a minute to speak to the manager Vanessa, but my husband needed to get back to work. I asked if she could call me or if I could call her and am told yes. I call the office as I walk to my car only for the call to be redirected to their call center. I walk back in the office and let them know that no one was answering. The blonde woman says that the calls are being redirected so it couldn't call to her directly. I feel like she just told me whatever to get me out of office. I waited for the manager Vanessa to come out and we went into her office and spoke and I explained everything to her. I did appreciate her professionalism and her understanding of our frustration. She told me she would look into everything but I ultimately decided that I would just go back to my previous doctor. I was really excited to be a patient of Dr. Earle as she is an African American and there are far few in the high desert. But after the misinformation provided by the call center, negligence of my husband's appointment and time and in the rudeness from the woman working the front desk, I ultimately decided that this is not the place for us nor would I recommend the office to anyone who hasn't been here before. Front desk lady did apologize after the fact that it doesn't matter now. Yelp

Nelson, you were flat-out rude and unprofessional. If answering phones is too much for you, do…read moreeveryone a favor and clock out. Putting me on hold repeatedly and then ignoring return calls is lazy, not busy. Your job isn't complicated and somehow you still managed to mess it up. Because of your behavior, I'm switching providers. If this is the standard for Charmaine Earle's medical assistants, I can only assume the care follows the same careless attitude. You didn't just waste my time, you damaged the practice's reputation. Own that. Looks like the other reviews sums it up! Definitely switching providers and Nelson, if it weren't for you I wouldn't have even came to yelp! Good job, way do to buddy.

The PA was nice enough and told me she would renew my regular prescriptions for me. They ordered blood tests, which I went to take. I called to renew BP prescription and had to leave a msg on service. Two weeks later the prescription was renewed. I called to ask about blood test results that were concerning, didn't get a call back for a month. Later, I went to emergency, listed Shiloh as my primary care. Three months later, they followed up. Two months ago, I took a urine test. Today they called and left a msg that they needed to talk to me about the results. I immediately called back and got the answer machine, which said the machine was full and could not take any other messages. They still have not called me back. I went back to my old physician.

She's kind yet strong and understands human behavior and attitudes. She explains things clearly and goes the extra mile to sort out medical issues and find answers. She's better than 99% of the doctors I've had in the past. It's been a long time since I've had a doctor I like. I like the way she talks to people. I've never heard the terms, "I don't know, or 'it's hard to say". It's comforting to have a competent provider who's good at all aspects of her job. It's important to also recognize the office staff. They are welcoming, friendly and helpful.
