Five stars for mall food. Standard Asian staples. Bourbon chicken, mango chicken, pepper steak, ribs, rice, noodles and some other basics. The bourbon chicken is tasty and the noodles aren't soggy. It's hard to be overly critical of asian food court fare but this satisfies and doesn't break the bank. read more

What can I say, I like my bourbon chicken! I know this place gets bad reviews, but my experience has been pretty good. Yes, service is not good, you will be rushed, you will not be smiled at, but who cares; your at the mall and just want to have something to eat. It's annoying when they will not mix half and half of one item, but whatever, get the two rather than one item, and pay the extra dollar. Best bourbon chicken ever! Also like the mango chicken. Try a sample lol, you may just get sucked in! read more

Recommended by a few friends. Very nice place, busy... but managed well. Got the pad Thai and the shrimp fried rice. Both were extremely tasty...although I would have preferred more spice in my pad Thai. Will definitely return. read more

I know this is only mall food, but I am sick of it. Not sure who runs this place or who is in charge of quality standards but they should all be fired. I ordered a side dish of Pad Thai, made to order. It came out as all pure white noodles with nothing in it?? Just an oil sugary seasoning and minute traces of something green and shredded? For 4 bucks in a soup bowl like container? It was nothing, worth $1.50 tops. So I refused it and opted for one entree selection and choice of Fried rice or Noodles for a $1.00 more These were equally bad. Fried rice with nothing in it, not even enough S&P & Soy?? At a minimum it should be seasoned correctly with adequate Soy, plus shredded carrots and cabbage and garlic, ginger, egg and onions or scallions. This is the basics The noodles were the same? Nothing in it, just a little soy and some sweet sauce. This also should have basic ingredients like a basic bokchoy, garlic, sriracha, carrots, red pepper and maybe scallions for a very basic dish. The chicken served was a lousy, fatty thigh meat with twice the crust and and very sweet and chewy. It seems like all these places do is to find cheaper and cheaper ways of taking shortcuts and cheapening food. We all know what decent Asian food is, and like me you would rather pay a buck or two more for some basically well prepared and good tasting food with a little integrity! Please improve or move on so someone with a little pride in their work can take over the stall read more

Food is decent. Nothing special. Pretty typical food court Asian cuisine. The customer service though? Terrible. They pretend to not understand you and when you complain they pretend you didn't say anything at all. They served me shrimp when I hadn't asked for it and didn't tell me it was more money. I did something I've never done before. I threw food away. I ordered the spicy beef soup. It was disgusting. Almost no taste. The beef was fatty and disgusting. And eating soup with a plastic spoon is not cool either. Sorry for the 1 star review. It was just horrible read more

Worst food experience ever!! Ordered wonton soup and Pad Thai side dish and paid cash. Mistake. Pad Thai came out 10 minutes later and was just boiled noodles with some shredded carrots. After pointing out that this was not Pad Thai they looked at it and insisted it was. After explaining to them how to make Pad Thai they said no it's just noodles. I therefore asked for a refund and was literally yelled at in broken English, pointed at a clearly well used "No refunds" sign by the register. Clearly something they point to a lot! When I repeatedly ask for the manager and my $4 back, I was yelled at and then ignored completely. After retiring to try the wonton soup we realized it tasted like dishwater and was inedible. $10 down the drain, but really just extremely bad karma, bad business practice, and a lousy way to treat people. We therefore visited mall management to file a complaint and they were clearly accustomed to these calls, going so far as pointing out that they have a sign that says no refunds, and that it is unfortunately in their lease to treat people this way. The security guards ended up admitting that they would not dream of eating at this place, and hear these stories all the time. I wish I had looked at Yelp before coming here. read more

Their food is nothing to write about, standard food court "asian" stuff, but the service is TERRIBLE! I ordered the 2 item, plus rice combo that was supposed to be $5.99. After handing it to me, they charged me $6.99 and when I asked why the price increase, they said because I got shrimp and it was $1 more. I pointed out that NOWHERE does it state that price difference and they very rudely still persisted it was $6.99. So, I did something I have never done before. I refused it. I told them I wasn't paying for it and didn't want it. That I won't do business with any place that tries to force you to pay a different price than advertised. Then, much to my disgust, they scraped the food off my plate and back into the heated trays! After I had already touched the plate! I will NEVER come here again. read more

I would give it 0 stars, but yelp would not allow it for me to write a review. They have a great spot, but the food it horrendous. As famous Star Wars character Admiral Ackbar would say: "It's a trap!" There are much better food choices at the food court than this. read more
