They dumped a bunch of rock in, then cut 28 plantings holes in it to install some ground cover. Two weeks later they still had not shown up to plant the creeping thyme; three weeks later they said sorry, we couldn't get the plants; then they just stopped responding to emails or calls. Did not even offer to come back and re-cover the ugly holes, I had to do that myself. Three years later the yard is a butchered mess and I am going to have to hire somebody else to try and fix it. Horrible, expensive experience.

This was upsetting because my home warranty had expired not that long ago so I couldn't go after the builders for their poor work. It turned out the damage was quite extensive and obvious once the linoleum was pulled up. They gutted the 60 year old bathroom and installed new flooring, bathtub, sink/vanity, and even a new electric socket. They finished on time and within budget. It looks beautiful and the price was quite reasonable, and we will definitely be hiring them for other work in the future. I recommend them highly.
