This company has over 25 years experience in the business and it shows. We had wind damage and a settlement from our insurance company. We shopped around but after meeting John Giffin and State Roofing, we knew that we had to look no further. The quote process was clear and honest. The work was started and completed ON TIME and with minimal disturbance to our normal activities. The crew was very professional, showed up on time and left the work site as clean, if not cleaner, than how they found it. All garden planting was protected as was our outdoor furniture. They went the extra mile to paint the metal strips to match our new exterior paint and installed squirrel-proof vent protectors. BTW, as a result of their good work, they are doing the same great job on at least two other homes on our block. I think that speaks volumes. We had our roof replaced by State Roofing last month and couldn't be happier with the results! The men that came out were all very courteous and helped my senior parents get in the front door, around the shingle debris that was everywhere. Their quick work had them done in a day and our roof is one of the best looking in the neighborhood now. Several of our neighbors have stopped to see who did the work and have reached out to them for quotes too. They left our yard clean and hauled off the debris. I only found 4 roofing nails the next day, which was surprising with all they tore off. Joshua was great to work with and answered all of our questions. Not pushy either, which we appreciated! All the rain these past few months have wrecked our roof (it's around 12 years old). Had a connection to State Roofing, so I gave them a call. Their team was quick, responsive, and knowledgeable. They were onsite for an evaluation next day, and the actual roofing process only took a day. I left for work and they started, by the time I got back they were done and had everything cleaned up - VERY CONVENIENT! State Roofing just replaced my mother's roof. John worked hard to take care of all the insurance claims so that neither she nor I did not have to deal with the insurance people. Even though the storm was long ago he took care of everything. He was very thorough and even found more damage we had overlooked. Got insurance to cover that as well. They are very reasonably priced and they did our roof in 2 1/2 days which was wonderful. They also tried to clean up and organize everything at the end of each day which was great because we have an indoor/outdoor dog that needed to go outside and play in the yard after they left.
