This place makes adulting easy plus they're opened on Saturday's! I see the PA Gabriel, love him. Basically does all the work for me, gives me great referrals. Most of my referrals have been from the IMG groups which I appreciate because if god forbid something were to happen and I end up at INOVA the specialists I see are on call. This is a huge plus since a lot of privately owned offices do not have after hour emergency services. As for the atmosphere, it's clean and the ladies up front are nice and polite. Front office is utterly useless. They do not give patients detailed receipts so they can file with their FSA. If you want to to get reimbursed, then don't go here. I asked more than 5 times for receipts but said they have to get with billing. Just punting responsibility to others. Do they even have a billing department? read more

The worst experience I think I've ever had with a physician. The nurse was nice, and other than the office being clean and not having to wait in the waiting room, I can't say anything else good. He took no time to actually listen to and examine me. I have no idea why it was such a rush job because there were no other patients in the office. I guess I know now why. He called in a prescription for my severe back pain after I saw him, and when I called the next day to ask why the dose was half the strength of what I had gotten before, he condescendingly said to just double the number of pills I take and then take an extra dose per day. When I replied that I'd then be out in about 2 days, he said, "maybe you'll be better by then." He was so rude and argumentative that I actually ended up shouting on the phone. Never thought I'd do that with a waiter much less a doctor. There's a reason why he has so many open appointments. Avoid this guy. Seriously. read more

My wife and I had taken a work/vacation to National Harbor Maryland. A few days in we started showing symptoms of Covid. We were able to walk in to DR Juburi office and promptly be seen. This office came up as an urgent care clinic on several searches, I went on a Saturday to avoid using an emergency room. I'm okay with the Dr. care I received, but his office is terrible. In spite of saying they use my insurance, they IMPROPERLY coded it and my insurance won't pay. When I contacted them, the billing department said "we aren't an urgent care so we can't code it that way". She did not want to go out of her way to do her ACTUAL JOB. It is false advertising to say you are an urgent care then not bill as such. It's not that she could NOT bill, she is a lazy person who doesn't want to or doesn't want to do the research required. We will never go there again and I will contact my insurance company to insure they are notified of this issue. read more

We went to Dr.Juburi Saturday morning for my wife check up, he took his time to listen to all her concerns, they did all the blood testing for her, his amazing team were very keen and welcoming, the office has state of the art equipments, calming colors and sunlight ceilings. He came outside to the waiting area himself and welcomed us. We saw him walking his other patient out to the waiting area with laughters and happiness. My child broke a mug at his office and they were so nice about it and didn't let us even clean it and they did it so quickly. I am a dentist and I walked out of Dr.Juburi's office astonished and impressed. What is even more amazing is that he called us the next day; YES Sunday and gave us the results and his advice! When you arrive ill, a little smile goes a long way. Vitals are taken in the patient room, and the employee was efficient and asked me about my concerns.
