First time we had it they were at the Alamo City SC WPSL soccer game and then today was our 2nd time at 365 fitness gym. I ordered the brisket sandwich and it was as amazing as the first time. It's very moist and just melts in your mouth. The buns aren't toasted but they are sesame buns and they taste good. My wife ordered the pulled pork the first time and she loved it. The bbq sauce is not too sweet and not too spicy it was just perfect. We also got the cream corn both times and it just tops everything off perfectly. We haven't tried everything on the menu but we definitely will be. I would like to try their ribs and brisket by the pound. We can't wait to go back.

My friend had the stir fried noodles, and they had an interesting texture which reminded me of a cross between lo mein and spaghetti. She said it was a little bland and had to add soy sauce. When I tried it (with the added soy sauce) it tasted just fine to me. My other friend really liked the ramen, and even said it was superior to the ramen served in restaurants. Gasp! I'll need to give it a try next time. This truck was parked at the Big Hops off Bitters tonight. The menu is small, but I think the selections are strong enough to merit the size. I think the name is hilarious because whenever you mention it to people, they ask "what place?" or ask for you to drop a pin for location since you can't figure out the name. First thing you notice when walking in is the eclectic atmosphere and funky furniture. The outdoor area is decorated with miscellaneous outdoor furniture pieces and the indoor decor is no different. Everyone at the bar (patrons and staff) are very friendly and happy to chat. Additionally, there were quite a few loose dogs which made it even more fun... I love the pups! We went inside to place our drink orders. My friend ordered a bud light (bottled as they have a limited draft menu) and I ordered a Dulce Vida Lime Tequila w/ Topo Chico & Lime. I had tried to order a few other items (like a Deep Eddy Lime Vodka w/ Diet Tonic but they were out of that liquor... and a bunch of other liquors). For the second round, I ended up ordering a Deep Eddy Cranberry Vodka w/ Topo Chico. The drinks I ordered are ones I have had before and somehow they didn't taste as good here, but they definitely weren't bad my any means. Plus, the bartenders were so nice that I wouldn't have complained. I loved that they had a popcorn machine, offered complimentary popcorn & peanuts, and had fun live music.
