The burger came with a little pink inside, a nice char on the outside, and the blue cheese gave it a really nice tang. I wrapped it in the supplied lettuce and ate it that way. Next time I'll bring my own bun. The fries are thick cut, well salted, and hot when they arrived. Despite it being a cool day, they maintained their heat in the time it took me to eat the burger. I think that they would hold up well to being offered as a separate Bleu Cheese Fries side, or with a blue cheese dipping sauce as an option. They have Dublin Bottling Works sodas here, but they were out of the Cherry Lime flavor.
