I put out a request for quote for some handyman services (recaulking tub and sink, putting in new part in toilet, hanging up a towel bar, etc) -- Rudy came in at the best price and was able to come within a few days of booking. He does really good work -- the caulking looks brand new and you can't even tell he positioned the towel bar. He also put in a new garbage disposal for us. He also knows his limits -- I asked him about a faucet issue and he advised he wasn't that knowledgeable w/the issue, so appreciated his honesty. His quote did come in a bit lower than what I actually paid -- there was an oversight on the garbage disposal price. I was ok w/it as it was still fair for the amount of work he had to do (he came in the morning, had to go back out for parts, and then came back to finish -- all within about 3-4 hours). Would definitely use again and recommend for affordable quality workmanship. read more

Replace Kitchen Faucet with touchless Faucet 2. Replace Entire Toilet Flush Valve, Tank Lever etc which required him to remove the tank. 3. Recaulked my shower 4. Repaired a toilet that was loose, recaulked around the base He and his partner did a great job. He was at my home from 8am sharp to 11:45pm. They were working the entire time. Had multiple things to get addressed around the house. Originally requested him to recaulk all bathroom sinks and bathtubs. Once he got there I added more items like recaulking the countertop backsplash, fixing a loose toilet bowl, installing new shower heads and repairing roof tiles etc. I thought he'd get overwhelmed and push back as I kept adding more things. He did not and worked through all of them. Everything was done with high quality and very detailed. The house was a rental so the bathtubs were loaded with mold. They meticulously removed the old caulk and surrounding mold so they had a clean surface to apply the new caulk. I know for a fact other handymen would not be this detailed. To top things off, his pricing was fair. Highly recommend Rudy for your handyman needs. Very humble guy! read more
