I called Timo's on Wednesday to inquire about some Lexus parts for my wife's car and said I'd be in…read moreon Saturday. She had hit a road hazard in the dark on Hwy 1. The impact destroyed the driver side fog light and it's wiring to connect it, the plastic and fabric wheel well arch liners on the front and rear driver's side, and the front alloy wheel got scraped up badly. There was ZERO paint/body/mechanical/structural damage to the car. ZERO. When I arrived on Saturday morning, I spoke to Maribel at the front desk and said I needed some Lexus parts. She immediately said "Oh, you called a few days ago" and she reached over to a small file box on her desk and pulled out a sheet of paper (among the many pieces) and referenced the information from our call - I was blown away that she had recorded the info and kept it close. Maribel said yes, they have the car I need for parts in a nearby lot. She called a team member who came back about 30 minutes later with the car on a forklift and he set it down right near the office/entrance. I removed all the parts that I needed from the front area of the car and another team member had to return with a forklift to lift the rear of the car to get the remaining parts I needed - that process took probably 45 min. for someone to come and lift the rear of the car. The forklift driver removed the parts I needed in about 7-8 minutes. In total I paid $172 for all the parts I needed. The body shop wanted $4,500 to repair the car. Yes, you read that correctly, $4,500. I restored the car to original condition. The whole process took about 2.25 hours at Timo's with a lot of standing around and waiting for help to move the car around. They are busy and I understand. Was it worth it? HELL YES! Thank you Maribel and Timo's! I'll be back if I need more parts.

These Guys Are Good…read more.... My wife and I rearranged our garage and found 3 things to haul away. I forgot my 2 excellent experiences with It's All Good.....the 1st in 2018 and 2nd in 2023.....and started to look through Yelp. Then I remembered It's All Good and immediately gave them a call. It was a Monday and we scheduled our pickup for 10 AM on Thursday. Around 345 PM on Wednesday afternoon, I got a call from Sandra, the owner (with her husband), saying a truck was in the area and could they drop by 430-5 PM. I said sure. At 430 PM, she sent a text to say they'd arrive at 445 PM. They pulled up right on time. Two guys came out and, even though it was the end of a long day, they couldn't have been nicer. They checked the items, decided how to handle things and were back on their way within 3 minutes. I paid the "minimum charge" of $95 for a pickup and waved goodbye. Next time we need to remove some large or bulky items from the house, I'll make sure not to forget "It's All Good Junk Removal".

The employees are friendly. The lines move quickly & efficiently. After the weighing of the materials, one receives their cash refund in the office. Consumers pay California Redemption Value (CRV) when they purchase beverages from a retailer. The beverage container recycling program was created in 1986. Refunds are now by weight of the materials, instead of by the size of a container, as the Assembly Bill originally called for. The program includes aluminum cans and glass & plastic bottles. Check the label to see if a container is eligible for CRV, as some beverage containers are not eligible (milk, food, wine, spirits, etc.). The container will say CA Redemption Value, California Cash Refund, CA CRV or CA Cash Refund. A-1 Metals also sells salvaged used auto parts.
