I had a membership with my son we went every few weeks. Each time we waited and waited, we had many times where we showed up and the barber was not there and they "fit us in" with someone else (we did not show up to have a haircut with a different person). The amenities got worse and worse and everyone but Rudy acted as if they did not want to be there. We did not take advantage of the shampoo etc., so our haircuts were 10-15 minutes and this was the case for years. There were a two - three occasions when we were 10-15 minutes late and they acted angrily and would not work with us, despite us waiting 15-30 mins most times we get a haircut....horrid service. Most recently I ran late called ahead and they said to come 15 minutes late, they called me when I was in the parking lot and walking in, I was 14 minutes late and said "they don't have time for you". Given this complaint and a request to pass along comments to the owner, I received an email saying "we cannot accommodate your requests......your appointments and membership are cancelled" this was from Linette. This happened the day of a haircut, after I reached. Linette was rude and refused to let me send in a complaint to anyone but her, despite being cancelled on and delayed (nearly everytime). She said the owner had no interest in speaking with clients and was "disengaged" from the business. Do not go here unless you have extra time to spend and want to be mistreated. One of the worst run organizations I have ever seen. The turnover in receptionists and staff is amazing. Note: Rudy is fantastic! The others believe they are doing you a favor by having you as a client.

He does a fabulous job and is our go-to when it is time for a trim. My son enjoys visiting so much, he requests to get his hair cut each time we drive past.
