I made an appt for a spa manicure and pedicure. I was seated with a nail technician who became visibly annoyed when I said I was not getting a gel manicure. I was then moved to another technician. I spoke to her about what I was looking for- she convinced me to try an organic gel polish that lasts longer than the regular (at least 3 weeks). It was a very fast service. I was then escorted out to pay without my pedicure. I spent so much money on my manicure that I let it be. And my manicure has already chipped and I'm only on day 6. In general I'm very disappointed because I have heard such wonderful reviews. It may be the type of salon that caters to its regular clientele. I would have become one of them if it was a better experience and my manicure actually lasted the appropriate amount of time. I can get 6 days out of a regular polish.

Unfortunately, they were completely booked up and cannot help me that same day, however, the manager told me to send in pictures of my nails to see what happened. Again, my nails were paper thin and you can see it in the photo. I received an email saying that they could try to squeeze me in the next day. Again, not to be dramatic, but it literally felt like my life was ending. The manager took time out of her own shift and help me with my nails. Although they couldn't do a complete removal (my nails were so brittle any type of shaving would cause more damage). I was treated with the utmost care. They did everything they could and save my nails. Honestly, so thankful for their time and generosity. I got to keep my nails for the trip to Italy and that made me really happy.
