I LOVE the cutout banners that can be framed and gifted to the players at the end of the season. The design options are awesome and the quality of the vinyl is top notch. Baseball season *sigh* We all know it has its ups and downs mostly ups. But at the beginning of the season it can get hectic for a team mom. With fundraising, team uniforms, schedules, begging parents to help you out and not to mention the banner. I was originally extremely impressed with this business. I was referred to them by a friend and being a first time team manager, I wanted to go off a referral. They were very customer service oriented and made several customizations to our order upon request. They had a quick turn around time. First impressions 'wowed' me!! I couldn't have been more excited to pick up our finished product. Since this is a home based business, they were very clear in communicating a requested time for pick up of our product. I appreciated that and I replied with an approximate time of 7:15pm and I explained I was driving from Beaumont. The business owners confirmed the pick up time and said they would not be home until around 7:45pm. Therefore, I was told the product would be outside the front door and I could leave payment in the locked mailbox. Great!! I thought, one more thing they are doing to go above and beyond for the convenience of the customer! I made my 45 minute one way drive to the home based business and arrived shortly after 7:15pm. I walked up to the front door and found that no product was left outside. I rang the doorbell, knocked, called the business line with no response. My 4 year old was getting antsy, as was I. Ok, I thought, they said they would be home around 7:45pm. I waited. Shortly after 8pm when no one returned home, I found the next door neighbor outside. I asked him if he had an emergency contact for his neighbors and he was extremely helpful. He contacted them and then a few minutes later, the garage door opened and a young man walked outside. He apologized and I received my product after waiting for over an hour outside the home. The young man had been inside the entire time but said he was in the shower when I knocked and rang the door bell. Hmpf! I will say that the quality and design of the product is very nice, but I am very disappointed with the way this order was executed. I did receive an apology email explaining what had happened. It is appreciated. I get it, things happen. However, I would suggest that if you plan on ordering from this business, either have the order shipped or ask the business owner for an emergency contact telephone number. I feel that this all could have been avoided if they provided a cellular business phone. Really, in today's "always in reach" world, I'm surprised they still have a land line for a business phone. read more

Awesome service! I needed a banner for my son's soccer season and wanted the cut out design type. I emailed my order on Thursday and got a sample by Ronnie by midnight that same day! I can not even believe the terrible customer service I got from this place. I ordered a banner and mentioned that I needed it by Friday and that if it couldn't ship in time I would pick it up. I emailed again two days later to ask that it be shipped since it would only be a one day ship since we are both in SoCal and I won't have three and a half hours in my day to drive out to get it, she told me it couldn't and that it always takes that long so I said I would drive the hour and a half EACH way to get it in time for our opening day. While I did tell her I was disappointed that it would take so long and that I have always had our banners printed and shipped in a day, I still said I would come get it. I STILL SAID I WOULD GO!! Rather then try to be accommodating in ANY sense, she cancelled my order and told me to go elsewhere. Told me to go somewhere else one day before opening ceremonies. All because I was a little disappointed. I find that terrible business practice and more so extremely rude. She can have whatever feelings towards me for giving her a little criticism, but she is disappointing a handful of young baseball players that now don't have a team banner for opening day.
