I had the pleasure of working with Robert and he displayed the example of a service technician who cares about his job and the product he puts out. He believes in his profession and it showed. This display of professionalism is what you would expect and trust. Thank you guys for your help.

Let's start with the positives, which is how quick Earl is at responding to requests. But that's…read moreabout the only nice thing I can say here because I have very strong suspicions that I was almost taken advantage of when I saw the cost estimate. I was quoted an estimated $540.66 to upgrade my laptop's RAM and SSD. While I am fully aware that computer part prices have skyrocketed because of AI, charging $179 for a stick of 16GB DDR4 RAM and $176.66 for a 512GB SSD is pretty extreme. The only thing that is reasonable is the labor fees since a Micro Center store would charge about the same for a RAM upgrade and changing out an SSD. However, the cost estimate costing more than what my device costs seems predatory. I would have just bought a new computer for $540. I took my device to another shop called Wizfix Computers to get another quote, and the owner of WizFix said that $540 for the same upgrades is a gross overcharge. I was only charged $345 at WizFix ($225 for the same parts plus tax, $120 for labor). And as a bonus, the OS was upgraded to Windows 11. Device has been running well after the upgrades. I would have been overcharged nearly $200 if I chose Ross Tech. Trying to take advantage of someone like this to make extra money is very unethical and bad business.

Home Inspector Pro and HIP mobile world have been one of the biggest game changers in my business…read more I have multiple inspectors onsite at every inspection. Using our mobile devices we are able to write our reports, take pictures, edit pictures, include videos, and merge our reports when we are finished with the inspection. We are able to email our reports to our clients before we pull up to our next inspection. When you are doing multiple inspections every day it is crucial not to have report writing waiting for you when you get home. The long evenings off laboring over inspection reports are a not so fond memory. The report is very easy to customize, update, and personalize to brand your business. It allows you to produce a professional easy to read report for clients and agents. Probably the best feature of Home Inspector Pro is the customer service provided by their support staff. They are always willing and available to help which is key. The home inspection report is one of the consistent things in my business that I receive compliments on all the time. I highly recommend this software for any home inspector looking for software that is the complete package.

With less than 24 hours' notice, they transformed my site into something that looks clean, modern, and much more aligned with my business. What I appreciated most was that they didn't just make it look better--they took the time to understand what I wanted my business to communicate and offered thoughtful suggestions along the way. They were responsive, easy to work with, and made the entire process feel seamless despite the time crunch. If you need someone who is knowledgeable, creative, and dependable, I highly recommend them. I'll definitely be using them again for future updates and projects!

STAY AWAY If you are looking for professional and reliable web development services. We had a quite…read moredisappointing unprofessional experience with this group, specifically with David Kamjoo. Almost feels like many of the reviews on here are fake. We hired them to add several new pages and landing pages to our existing website. We explicitly defined our scope of work and expected timeline to launch our website from the beginning. Many of the items we sent to David were lost in emails even after multiple rounds of Zoom calls and him recording. We worked with David and his developer, which happens to be some person outside of the US, for about 3 weeks. Eventually nothing was completed for us to launch on our existing website. After rounds of back and forth with content that we supplied and many emails asking for various items all the time, David started asking for more money and complained that wanting to launch our new pages after 3 or 4 weeks was too much for him to handle and that he was not able to work under this kind of pressure. We had no issue paying him more money as it was way cheaper to begin with (just like his service) however, it seemed like he knew he was not capable of delivering something professional after all and decided to quit. We agreed to receive our money back and part ways. Our wasted time and frustration will never get sompensated and it was clear that our time and trust to this business did not mean anything to this team. Basically zero customer service. More importantly, we really didn't appreciate the fact that they use cheap labor from some other country with language barriers and only act as a middle person. We specifically didn't want this type of service as we had interviewed several other developers on Upwork and other freelance websites, but eventually ended up getting the same level of service at a more expensive price. Basically nothing is done in house, David is just the face. Rarely inclined to leave negative reviews but unfortunately this is a fair observation based on the service that was provided to us. If you are looking for reliable trustworthy web development service, I strongly recommend staying away from this business - it's almost a scam and you will regret the time and money you spend here.

Replaced cracked iPhone screen. Not Apple product, phone doesn't recognize screen and so it's too…read morebright. Always to bright even if I set it on nighttime. Cell phone now runs hot. I'm so pissed at my self cause I should've known this would happen. I got a quote through yelp. And I get there and the guy asked "did you get a quote" and I said yeah it's for an iPhone 13 Pro Max and so he comes back with a $160 price and I say, I was quoted 99-129 for my model phone. So he says he'll have to call his boss to get it cleared. None of this would matter if the phone worked. But now my eyes hurt from this super bright screen. I'm turning every app into night mode that can. My cellphone brightness is on lowest setting. The guy even made up excuses on why he was charging more like it was a newer better screen from before and they haven't updated the new price. I didn't want to hear it. And the whole "pay in cash." SMH If you have time to do research, go somewhere else. I blame myself for not walking out when things seemed shady. I was better off with the cracked screen. **** Update**** So I get a call from Ben. My screen is probably defective. He wants me to bring it in to run a diagnostic and see if anything is wrong and replace it and offers a refund. Tells me to take down my review. I'm your typical guy that will google or YouTube something to fix it. There is something definitely wrong with this "non-Apple screen." So I say I'll take the refund and get my iPhone fixed somewhere else. Happy to give back this screen and I'll take my cracked screen. Ben says it's not right to give a refund. Ben was more concerned about taking down this review. Ben was polite but, at this point if I have to live with this super bright screen that heats up my phone until my budget can splurge to drop another $130 on a 2nd attempt, then Ben is gonna have to live with this review. People should have fair warning. So here's the warning. This company does not use compatible Apple iPhone screens. Your iPhone will not recognize the screen for "optimized" settings, ie "my bright screen" Worse, iPhone not recognizing the new screen is acceptable to them and was not disclosed. Who would want or trust a defective product. If I got a lemon then I don't want another lemon that passes a diagnostic only to fail me after a 3 month warranty. I'm better off getting a refund and going somewhere else. Ben, you got me for $130. I lost. And since this is the longest I've been in my phone after getting this bright screen, I'm just realizing how much it's draining my battery. Not sure what else this store does but for iPhone screens you are better off going anywhere else. Also, please don't delete your reviews when businesses ask you to. Better to update reviews to show how they fix things. I bet Ben has convinced others to delete their reviews. At this point if you go to this business then it's your fault.
