However, customer service leaves A LOT to be desired. There is 1 gal there with no customer service skills. She rarely finds solutions for her customers and lacks in her communication skills. Not to mention the TERRIBLE return policy. They have items that are final sale but there is little to no signage about what is returnable or not. When you make a purchase they may or may not tell you something is final sale. Most of the time you will be offered equal exchange or store credit but rarely will receive a full refund. Do not recommend buying Christmas gifts here due to the return window being 14 days and things purchased in December need to be returned by December 24th! I definitely prefer the Merced store over the Atwater store just for the customer service experience. However, be absolutely sure about your purchase because it may be a challenge to be able to return, exchange.
