You don't find very many men's pattern comforters so I grabbed this one and promptly ran up to the checkout. So there are two people ahead of me in the checkout line. The first person had a cart load of groceries and of course there was something that wasn't scanning so we all waited for five minutes and nothing apparently got fixed. I finally asked the checkout person if she could call somebody else to open up another line. Another five minutes later, so this is a total of 10 minute standing in line with three people ahead of me by now there's five people behind me. Nobody else has coming up to open up any checkout lanes. Again, I asked the cashier is somebody coming only to get snapped at finally I asked for a manager and they said something about they only have so much staff and this is they're doing the best that they can why find this to be BS target can do better target has good products. Nice clean store but their customer service is very disappointing The sad thing is it doesn't ever seem to improve no matter what time of the day you're going to the store that's always gonna be a line and not enough cash register is open. All the attendants who have brought groceries to my car have been absolutely wonderful, I've never found issues with the products, and it's always timely. That said, about a month ago I noticed that the hold on my payment card was the amount of my receipt (obviously expected) plus an additional amount over the receipt (essentially over 200% for the total order). The additional pending 115% fell off and was credited back to my bank account after 5 days. I thought maybe it was a fluke and discontinued the curbside pickup for a couple weeks then tried again. The same thing happened - my $150 bill was pending plus an additional $172.15. I called customer service and they explained that it's correct and it accounts for replacements or additional added items. Again, I love my local Meijer and I understand why they have to put a temporary bank account hold o er the original amount, but I can't imagine [with the price of everything and money potentially being tight for some], a family spending $300 on food and a total of $645 being temporary held on a bank account for almost a week. That seems excessive. Sadly, I won't be using the curbside pickup anymore and I'm hoping this isn't happening to others (and maybe they don't notice it) and/or Meijer gets this corrected.

When we enter we are greeted by the greeter at the door. I really enjoy that we come into the store we are on the produce side because it also has the flowers. I like the buy six alcohol options and get 10% off, I enjoy that the layout is easy to navigate and we are always able to get in and out fast. All Meijer locations are not created equal. This one I like the best

I told her the earrings were on sale for $10. She said no sale. When I said they were on sale and gave the info, she rang them again at $10 (no tax) minus the kohls cash and then THREW them at me. I just stood and looked at her. She said, 'what you want a bag'? I politely said, no and left. I realize it's hard to find good help these days, but really? They are jeopardizing their business with employees like this. Their merchandise is ridiculously priced and you can't use the 30% on everything. I don't shop there very often.

The owner has artists rent out space to sell their creations. I came and bought a handmade soy pine scented candle and a blind date with a book. Such a fun idea! Basically the artist wraps up a book and adds a bunch of fun things to accompany reading like tea, bookmarks, etc and provides 3 clues to help you guess the book.
