I was looking for a specific model of shoe and they quickly moved to see if they had it in the store, on the rack or in the back, unfortunately they did not. But....she found a comparable sneaker that I LOVED! AND...AND!...she called the Oxford store for me and found the model I was looking for! Seriously!!
