I seldomly shop at Gap, but I decided to stop in this Gap store in Ross Park Mall. I did not find any regularly priced merchandise that I liked, but I decided to purchase two shirts that were on clearance. At the checkout counter, an employee promptly scanned my shirts and processed my payment. She kindly thanked me for my purchase. In the store, I had held the shirts up to me, and they looked as if they would fit my body. At home, however, when I tried on the shirts, one was too small and one was too large, although they were the same size. I concluded that Gap has inconsistent sizing. Well, I spent only $16 total on the two shirts, and I will donate them to charity.

The sales girl and floor manager would not listen to us and refused to exchange a pink jacket that was given as a gift online to my granddaughter for her birthday. I was really taken back by her attitude towards us and unwillingness to help us. She insisted we were unable to exchange an item purchased online that was a gift. I got this off their website when I got home: (Returning or Exchanging a Gift Did you get a gift that's the wrong size or color? We can help you exchange it for another item or a gift card). Clearly she needs educated about her place of employments policies. Unbelievable and ignorant!

As I shopped around the store, an employee greeted me. I thought that the selection of women's clothes was decent. I found two articles of clothing, a shirt and a pair of socks, to purchase. The checkout line was long, so I waited for several minutes. The cashier correctly rang up my transaction, and she said thank you and told me to have a great day. At home, I thought that the shirt was large and unshapely and that the socks fit well.

American Eagle has recently changed their return policy (nothing like it used to be), and I was out of the country on my honeymoon in the window when my order was to be returned. I called immediately when I got back from my honeymoon to explain the situation and got the runaround from several Customer Service Representatives that they were "looking into it" and they would get back to me. I never received a phone call back and instead, had to turn to leaving feedback on their app in order for someone to even respond to me via email. That's when I spoke to both Molly and Libbeth (via email), and they let me know that they couldn't find any calls or indication that I spoke to anyone over there. They said several times that they were unwilling to help me return the items and suggested that I go sell the items on Poshmark or Plato's Closet. They also said that they would not escalate the issue to a supervisor because there was no one beyond them that would be able to help. This is so disappointing coming from a loyal customer for the past 10+ years and it seems like they care more about their new "policy", versus working with a customer to try to arrive at a solution. I will certainly be taking my business elsewhere and hope everyone else does the same!

As I browsed the racks and shelves, I walked past a few employees, and none of them acknowledged me. I felt surprised to see that a pair of women's jean shorts were priced at $40. Later, I found tank tops that had a regular price of $10 each were on sale for $6 each, so I picked up a few of them. At the checkout counter, three cashiers were available. After I stood in line for several minutes, one cashier called me over. She accurately rang up my purchase. Overall, Old Navy is not a store where I frequently shop, but I feel happy to occasionally stop by and see what clothing styles are being offered.

Josie was particularly great, as she gave us time to deliberate and make our own decisions without pressuring us, and continues to keep in touch well after our visit. The selection is good, and the store is deceptively large. Bigger than both the LV and Gucci stores. However, the inventory doesn't seem to change out all that frequently. I purchased a reversible jacket there around Christmas a few years back, and the same jacket was still available the following year. This isn't necessarily a bad thing. Just an observation. Unless you attend their special events, you aren't likely to find many specials, deals, or sales here. Apparently they do have a marked down section, but I've either never noticed it, or never found anything that caught my eye on it. That said, I typically have a good idea of what I'm looking for before I go in, and will usually make a beeline right for it, when I get there. All-in-all, really good experiences, and will definitely be returning.

I think this company caters to group orders such as baseball teams, etc. Although I am a repeat individual customer, today they gave me my item back and the letters were crooked. I told them the item (a 100% Egyptian Cotton hand towel from JCPenney) was paid for using a $10.00 gift card and $3.34 in cash. After much back and forth, I told them I just wanted my money back. I spoke with the "Owner" and she would only reimburse me $3.34 for the towel and 75% of the price I paid for the embroidery. So, I am out a $10.00 gift card from JCPenney and $2.50 in embroidery. My advice is to go to the Crafty Shack in Harrison City rather than Log Cabin Embroidery as the latter only cares about bulk order customers at this point in time.

This particular store is in the Mall at Robinson. Express is not one of my favorite stores, but I occasionally shop here out of curiosity to see if they have clothing, particularly tops, that I like. I consider most regular prices here to be moderate, and during my recent visit, the store was having a sale for Buy 1, Get 1 50% off, which made the prices more reasonable. I did notice, though, that many of the clothes were in colors that do not flatter my skin tone, such as brown and white. I recommend that the store offer clothing in more colors to match skin tones.
