My experience at this location was unbelievable. My son and I came into the store to get sized for…read morea rental for his 8th grade ball. We were told to scan the QR code upon entering. After waiting for at least 30 minutes we were finally told Oh someone will be right with you. Remind you the QR code said I was the next in line for service.While waiting we noticed other customers coming into the store and clearly being serviced while we were still waiting..Meanwhile another customer and her son came over and asked how long have you guys been waiting I said going on 40 minutes now and the QR code still was saying I was the next in line. It never changed the entire time. Finally after hearing me tell the other customer that I had be waiting for at least 40 minutes the Cashier said oh let me see if I can find someone to assist you. After waiting nearly an hour one of the salesmen finally took our order. This is the worse customer I have experienced ever! What is the purpose of the QR code if no one recognizes you or if it doesn't move.Also, I watched several people come into the store and be helped while we stood there patiently waiting for someone to help assist us to no avail. Some advice to management step up your customer service skills and be mindful of all customers that enter the store. Lastly hire more help if need be because obviously you need it!

So I went into this location, as I bought a pair of pants in February, and yesterday while at another Macy's the saw the same pants on the clereance rack for $6.99. I paid full price for them in February...so I decided to go in today for a price adjustment on the pants...they still have the price tags on them. Macy's use to give you 90 days for price adjustments....well that is no longer the case. They now have a 10 day price adjustment policy. Now u may say....10 days...thats what most stores offer....well if I'm going to get a Target return/price adjustment policy, then I'll just do my shoppin at Target. So u know me...being a smarty pants, I tell the lady, well I'll just return them and rebuy them back. Nope...cant do it. We have to put the item out on the floor for 24-hours before we can allow a person to rebuy them. I even told her that I'd use a different card to pay for the items, instead of the one she was issuing the refund to....nope...cant do it. The lady did allow me to put the items on hold for until tommorrow and then come back in and buy them over...but I was out in Douglasville today handling some business...who says I want to take that drive again tommorrow to buy back some pants I already havent worn in two months. A sad day......indeed!

They even allow you to make returns from Amazon which is a huge plus. The only downside is that they only have one area in the whole store to cash out. The plus side is that that area to cash out is right by a door so if you have a return you don't have to walk to the whole store. Another issue is that the amount of goods is limited. I know people are not going to the store as much anymore so that may be the issue. But Cole is one of my favorite stores to shop for quality items at a reasonable price. I don't want to forget to mention the Kohls Cash and coupons that are often available.

We decided to go to Arbor Mall in Douglasville but we made a detour to Kohl's and boy am I glad we did. The thing I like about Kohl's is they have almost everything. A smaller scale of a department store but have just what you need. We walked in on Saturday and there were sales galore. The website had a coupon that we were able to use as well. That was even better. I love a discount or a sale. The people were definitely in there buying up everything in site. The store was neat and orderly despite the crowd of people in the store. The only con this day was of course the lines but hey it's Christmas time. Also this store could stand to have a bench or two around the store. Sometimes you get winded, tired from standing or even hot and need to sit down for a second.

She proceeded to roll her eyes and hang her head back, then slammed her merchandise down. She stormed towards me...... then past me. She proceeded around the corner and started to publicly berate another coworker. That coworker came to check us out. He wouldn't make eye contact or respond back to me. Receipt was thrown in the bag and he proceeded to walk away, hopefully to cry because that was humiliating

Nike, Crocs, Adidas, Under Armour, Steve Madden etc. My last visit was when they were hosting a 40% close out sale, and the entire store selection was 40% off. I racked up on things for everyone and found cute earrings, a purse, a carry on bag, blanket, dog bed, clothing, toys for my son and my dogs. It was a great haul. I am so sad to see this location close for good and hope that they change their mind. Their rewards program is good too, offering special coupons for your birthday and after spending $100. Many years ago, they did 10-15% off for reward members each Monday too. I believe the remaining location is open in Bremen, GA.
