I've worked with them several times over the years to consign some gently used clothes that no longer fit into my life. Rather than donating everything, I see what the Bargain Lady will accept and I always make a little money back. They take what they think they can sell in the season and their policy is fair and reasonable. You make 50% of the selling price and they have a great system where you can track the sells from your account online. They mark down anything that doesn't sell at regular intervals and after some time, you can opt to pick up anything that hasn't sold, otherwise they donate it to a great non-profit thrift shop in town. Whether you're shopping on a budget or looking to make a little money back without a hassle, the Bargain Lady will meet your needs!

However, I really needed bras and decided to give them a second chance today. When I walked in, again no greeting! I made eye contact with one of the employees (different employee than yesterday) several times, but still nothing. I decided to look around as they were having a spectacular sale and I couldn't let an unwelcome attitude stop me from getting what I needed. While browsing, I came across another employee (manager ) and still no greeting. I was still determined to get what I came in for. After a while, I felt like I could spend my money elsewhere (where I feel welcomed) and was headed out the door when the manager approached me and asked if I needed help? This may sound like I'm being a diva, but this basic customer service. Greet your customers and make them feel welcome! After expressing my experience and frustrations to the manager, she went out of her way to make today's experience a pleasant one. I truly appreciate it and was able to find some great items at a wonderful price. I even got shoes for $8. I'm glad my experience was turned around and I plan to return again soon.
