My long-haired cat, Dottie, is about 8 years old now and can't keep up with her self-grooming . Unfortunately she will NOT let me brush her and was getting matted. I found Tracy online and I'm so glad that I did. This was Dottie's first grooming session and she looks so much better! ( though I think she was a bit of a cranky-pants about it all) Tracy is courteous and professional, did an excellent job, and cleaned everything up afterward. It's hard to find groomers who will do cats. Also, finding a mobile groomer was wonderful. I felt very relieved knowing that Dottie wouldn't have to be shoved in a crate, driven in the hated car, and dropped off somewhere with barking dogs to scare her. Tracy makes it all so easy (i love the high-tech app for appointments and payment) that I plan to get Dottie groomed on a regular basis. Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Tracy in my home. I have two Himalayan cats that needed some serious grooming. One had hair almost to the floor and the other needed to have a very bad attempt at a lion cut fixed. Tracy is an absolute miracle worker!!!! She was so patient and sweet. She talked to my cats the whole time and totally put my mind at ease. I trust her 100% with my girls and I don't trust anyone because they had suffered abuse before I got them. Not only was she patient, but I was overwhelmed with the end result. Tracy took a lot of time and care to get the details just right and my girls ran around for two hours after showing off. I could tell they felt so much better and they smelled amazing! I am going to have her come back every 3 months for upkeep and tell all my cat owner friends about her. Tracey is the real deal. We have a very nervous cat who wont allow anyone to touch her, pick her up etc. Crystal is so timid that she runs and hides at the least sign of human activity....other than her "mom". She wont even let mom pick her up! Needless to say but I was extremely skeptical about anyone being able to fix Crystal's severe matting problem. I saw Tracey in a parking lot and decided to take a shot at grooming Crystal. I am so happy with Tracey and her service... a true cat whisperer! She showed up exactly as expected, showed much love and affection to our surely cat and fixed Crystal's problems....she looks fantastic! Tracy bathed and groomed both of my long hair cats and gave them a lion cut. As I had just moved to a new area, this was my first time using her. My cats were understandably nervous. Tracy immediately knew how to relate to them, reassure and relax them, and work with them so that they were completely comfortable through the whole process. She has a true knack with working with animals and did a beautiful job. I cannot say enough positive about her. I love the way that she related to both of the cats, talking to them and soothing them through the whole process. She did an exceptional job and I could not be more pleased. My cat (old) had never had a grooming appointment and is very scared of , well pretty much everything. Tracy can to my home and worked with him for an hour. She was super sweet and was able to calm him down in no time. She tested the dryer on him and he loved it - a true shock to me. Most of the time, when I bring him home from the vet, give him medications, or just walk too fast is darts into a corner to hide. After his grooming appointment with Tracy he was calm and has been prancing around ever since - it's like he's a new cat. I highly recommend Ruff2Ritz for anyone needing cat grooming. We found Tracy to groom our two Cocker Spaniels after we were told by Citrus Pets' groomers that they would no longer do them because of their age, after many years of service. Tracy comes to our home to do the grooming so there is no stress of being left at a groomers location. She does by far the best grooming of anyone we have ever used. The cuts are superb, the nails are done to perfection and extra time is spent on bathing if necessary. I searched for months for a dedicated cat groomer for my two rescue Ragdoll senior cats Bobbie and DiMaggio in the Central Florida area and was thrilled to finally find Tracy.
