They took such care in my home and were so respectful and efficient! They assisted with some installation questions I had and got right to work. They were so careful moving my furniture around and I was so touched that they made sure my bed area was cleared at the end of their upstairs workdays so I didn't have to sleep on the couch. They used plastic sheeting to mask off closet and bathroom contents to keep the dust down as much as possible due to the floor leveling process. They set up shop in my garage and at the end of each of the 5 days tidied the work spaces and swept up the garage very thoroughly. F and L..... thank you so much. I was able to schedule to have Adolfo come out and give a quote, very quickly, and they were patient with us, even though we didn't want the work done right away. The quote was very fair and they let us know exactly what to expect. He had samples with him, and I was able to choose the color of carpet and what we wanted done with the wood flooring. Adolfo even saved me from making a mistake of staining a floor that didn't need it. They were great with scheduling and completing the work even ahead of schedule. It looks amazing. I wish I had some before pictures. We did not realize what a difference sanding our wood floors would make! The communication with Karin, in their office was fantastic from start to finish. Thus, we were prepared to replace the floors. Jon visited our home to inspect, measure & give an estimate. On HIS RECOMMENDATION, EXPERTISE & ADVICE, we elected to have the floors repaired & refinished. He said the existing floors could be repaired & refinished one more time. We didn't feel overly comfortable with Jon, when we asked questions (especially since we were told prior that the floors couldn't be refinished again) his attitude came off as...I know what I'm doing, you don't. However, due to a neighbors recommendation & reviews, we still elected to go with LBFF's & Jon's recommendation of repairing/refinishing our existing floors. Martin repaired/refinished the floors in 4 days, they appeared to be beautiful. Within the first week we began to notice slats of wood that were supposed to have been REPLACED due to old termite damage, that were NOT replaced, they were varnished over it. My socks began to snag on wood slats that were not smooth etc. The wood filler between the slats began breaking away and leaving gaps that were NOT there before the refinishing. This type of damage is thru out the entire floor, not just a few areas. The floors are in worse condition now than before the refinishing. We called LBFF's, Jon came back out, his attitude was even worse on this date. He basically said the floors look fine, they will send Martin back out to repair the few termite spots that he should have replaced/repaired the first time. He stated they would NOT repair the cracks between the slats, "not their problem"because the floors are old and thin. We reminded him that it was on HIS ADVICE & EXPERTISE that we elected to repair/refinish the floors instead of putting down new flooring. Jon's demeanor & body language got to the point where we just wanted him out of our home. After numerous phone calls, we received a phone call from Jon yesterday, basically saying they would fix the few old termite damage spots that should have been replaced/repaired originally and that's it. He told my wife to stop yelling at him (she wasent), he said he felt we belittled him when he came to our home to view the damage to the floors. Really....we are two women in our 60's. As I said earlier, his demeanor escalated to the level that we asked him to leave our home without a resolution. The floors were repaired/refinished in October and this is still on-going, and they are falling apart more and more each day (wood filler crumbling out from between the slats). If you are female, ask to work with anyone other than Jon, it is obvious that he does NOT care to work with females (he knows more!). He wouldn't even look us in the eyes. We do NOT recommend this company at all. I will go further to say...Stay clear of Jon & this company especially if you are a female couple, take your money elsewhere in the LBC!

Originally I called him last month to regrout outdoor stairs tile. In the course of removing the…read moregrout , he said that the underlayment was water damaged and he removed 5 treads of tile to explore and possibly replace the undergarment. It was water damaged, and the risers and the treads had to be replaced. However, he "doesn't do wood "so I had to engage someone else to replace the plywood on the risers and the treads, which I did. He returned and we went jointly to Dahl tile to have me buy some Triton water board and some red guard for waterproofing. He wanted me to use a Schluter metal edge guard as opposed to replicating the original 45° mitered edge where the riser tile and the tread tile come together in a grouted joint. That design change ( which is easier on the installer) would result in a metal half inch rim /strip running across the top of all the stairs risers . I have quite a bit of this tile inside and outside my house and it's all done in that tile edge to tile edge fashion without an intervening and visible metal strip He said he's unable to adjust his tile saw to that 45 degree angle and was not gonna be able to apply the tile in the original angled edge to angled edge configuration withOUT the Schluter edge. I asked him why he's telling me after he had removed the tile and a visit to the Dahl tile that he could not install the tile in the original configuration . He became annoyed and agitated and essentially walked off from the job site at 10am with the removed tile and 5 buckets of trash and a stack of unused triton board that I had paid for (that he did not fully install ) .,,,, just sitting there on my patio I never heard from him again. I never had anybody walk off a job site like that , especially after getting that deep into the job. Maybe he is good with grout repair ... Doubt I will ever know .

I have used other Carpet Cleaning Services in the past however they do not compare to Rug'it Cleaning. They are professional, courteous, dependable and HONEST. We use Isaac for our home and a rental property and refer him on a regular basis.. Every year we have a group of intern Missionaries that stay in the home for 2 - 3 months. Once they leave, Isaac comes in cleans all the carpets, takes care of the all the glass in the showers, cleans, seals and polishes the stone. The stone looks brand new. I Also referred Isaac to a client of ours that is very particular. Isaac went out and took care of her home. She had nothing but glowing reports on his services and his professionalism. This is actually about the forth time I have used Rugit, this time I got my wool area rug cleaned after my cat threw up and peed on it, it started to stink even after I cleaned it up so I knew I had to get it cleaned professionally before labor day when my family was going to come over to visit. I called and they came out the same day to inspect it before giving me a few tips on how to take care of it (what to use in case of spillage and how to best keep it clean) since it's a natural fiber rug I was told that certain cleaners and soaps can destroy the fibers and ruin the dye. It took no more than a week to get it back so now I don't have to worry about having a clean rug before the holidays. read more

The carpet dried in a couple hours and he even provided disposable booties and a paper roll walk-way to ensure it dried before I walked on it. He did not try to up-sell me over every little thing. Greg takes pride in his equipment and his work. The equipment he uses is unique in that it allows him to actually see the rinse water coming up from the carpet. Greg kept steam cleaning until the rinse water in each section was clear. He spent the time that was required to clean my carpet and then to suction up as much water as possible from it. He even left fans with me overnight to aid in the drying process. I did not feel like Greg was on a tight schedule or in a hurry to get on to the next job. The carpet turned out great! And Greg is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet.
