Isaac was a true professional with excellent customer service. He gave his opinion on a couple of area rugs which needed cleaning and when finished with them, placed them outside to dry in the sun. He then proceeded to clean the wall to wall rug in the front room which is worn from the pet and general traffic, explaining that the dark spots are where the rug was worn.
