Jorge was recommended by a friend who found him on Yelp! He came the very next day! He was actually a bit early. Such a nice guy. Could have talked to him for hours. He did a very good job on furniture that hadn't ever been cleaned! I didn't want to see the water... He went right to work cleaning an area rug, sofa, love seat and rocker recliner! After our house was fumigated, a funny smell remained. I called this service to clean our mattresses and couch. They did an amazing job! Our house smells normal again from just one cleaning.. The last time we had our carpets cleaned was pre-Covid. After teaching and learning from home with all of us as well as our pets, you can imagine how dirty our carpet was. I did not take before pictures but I should have, so you could see the magic that Jorge did for us today. I chose Pal's due to the great reviews on my neighborhood FB boards. Communication through text (my favorite) was quick and efficient. Jorge was here for 3 hours today and did a beautiful job, removing old pet and grease stains thoroughly. The carpet smells wonderful and was dry in about an hour. We also had two recliners cleaned as well as our stairs, all were in desperate need.
