We're in the middle of moving into and remodeling/ renovating our home. The house has beautiful…read morehard wood and stone floors but the bedrooms, closets, stairs and this kind of funky, stand alone, third floor room have such gross old carpeting in them. So our first plan of action is obviously getting rid of the carpet flooring and putting wood flooring in the rooms and marble in the closets. The funky room isn't fully enclosed and has pony walls going around the front half of it that overlook part of the house- mainly the living room- we had the idea of turning this into a playroom for our little one and really wanted to get it done by his birthday- problem we had less than a week to get everything done. We found G&A flooring- called- spoke to Brandon and told him our situation, he said okay hold on let me call you right back- he moved some stuff around- we went in the following day found a gorgeous light natural colored wood flooring that even had the slightly knotted look I wanted and two days before our little one's birthday they'd installed the wood flooring and they did an AMAZING job! The team he sent literally stayed from morning until almost 8pm to finish the job including new baseboards and painting them. We have now used them to do another room in the house, redo a staircase landing where a mini demo had to happen because of a leak and the guys who did the demo absolutely destroyed the wood flooring- we found 5 XL planks in our garage left over of the original flooring and G&As guys cut these to a T, without even a scrap left and did an AMAZING job at putting the floor back together and making it look like nothing had happened. They also just laid the marble down in both master bedroom closets and omg the difference it's made. They are EXTREMELY fair priced I cannot tell you how many joke companies have come in seen our home and tried to absolutely rob us- telling us the wood they're using is the highest quality stuff in "the game" right now and with installation and the rush installment they could do a room for $15,000. LMAO. I told this to Brandon and he not only told me the flooring they were trying to install was basically shit but he can install actual high quality wood done at unbelievably fair pricing- $2,000 for everything- materials, flooring, new baseboards and painting them, labor- everything. Four other companies with the same product gave us bids ranging between $3,900-$7,000 and then the obvious psycho with his crap material and his $15,000 bid lol Brandon also goes the extra mile with his clients-since Marble is one of the most expensive floorings to have done, he came out to our home a few days before the job and measured the areas to a T to make sure he didn't order a box over what we needed to keep the price as low as possible. We'll never not go to this company and this is after going to 11 different companies altogether in the area. G&A always has the most competitive/ fairest pricing, beautiful flooring (what we're looking for every time!) and gets jobs done within a week tops (usually only a few days) of having chosen the flooring. G&As teams that do the installations are also all amazing guys, hard workers, very respectful, extremely knowledgeable and they even fixed a door frame for us today free of charge. Absolutely recommend these guys and looking forward to them finishing the rest of our house. Thank you for everything!

I was really worried that a dark color would be hard to keep clean but the color is so beautiful I couldn't pass it up. Keeping it clean is actually amazing - you only need to use a dust mop and a bona wet mop pad dampened with warm water and it cleans up quickly and easily. Kevin at G&A was great to work with - he met all of his commitments, he came in before, during and after install. The install team was very efficient and did a great job. The baseboards also look fantastic. Kevin was so helpful in suggesting a solution for a design issue we had with the stair landing and it came out great. There was a small issue after install that required the install team to return and replace a portion of the floor. Kevin and the install team took care of this the very next day, and the repair was seamless. I really appreciated Kevin's attention to the project from start to finish. I highly recommend G&A flooring.

He was very responsive to calls and texts. It was a one day job for Francisco and Esteban. They are real pros. I went with Morning Fog and it looks and feels even better than I was hoping it would. I'm thrilled with the quality of the job and I watched the entire process. 5-Stars all the way.

The highlights for me were the fair price, the ease of booking the appointment, and the overall quality of the work. Scheduling was simple and straightforward, communication was clear, and everything moved along smoothly. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and delivered a floor that looks fantastic. I'd say I'm about 99% satisfied -- there were just a couple of small corner areas that weren't completely perfect, but they're minor details and don't take away from the overall excellent job. Overall, I'm very happy with the results and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their garage floor. Tips: Consider if you want to patch any holes, touch up paint, or any other work that might be beneficial while your garage is empty for the epoxy service. If you pay cash it's a little cheaper. You have to wait a full 48 hours before you can park on the floors. There is a very strong smell afterwords so make sure to air it out and keep your garage door to the house closed until the smell dissipates.

Their team was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the project. Any questions I had were answered quickly, and they kept me updated every step of the way so I always knew what was going on. What really stood out to me was their attention to detail and quality of work. Not only does the new flooring look great, but they also took the time to fix all of the creaking issues and underlying subfloor problems, which made a huge difference. You can tell they take pride in doing the job right, not just getting it done. They also finished the project two days earlier than expected, which was a huge bonus, and they kept everything clean the entire time. There was zero mess left behind, which I really appreciated.
