Well it's been 3 years since this job was completed. I've flipped and developed many homes over the years. Out of all the Contractors I've used Eskan stands head and shoulders above the rest. Their integrity and quality of work is one to be measured by. The tile work, flooring, plumbing and installation of products are all like it was done yesterday . No cracking of tile or grout, no settling of and product instillation or drips of water from the complicated install of sinks, shower nor the steam shower. Asked for a consultation, here's what I got. They immediately assumed that I wouldn't pay top dollar for a quality renovation because the property was a rental. I've done a lot of reviews on Yelp and had a lot of vendor interactions. He hasn't even seen the property (almost a $1M house) or heard what we want to do with it. Eskan is a phenomenal company to work with. We spent months looking for the right contractor for our project. Unfortunately, it seems like the industry is full of people and businesses who are either flaky, have terrible communication, or just lie about the scope of work they are comfortable doing. Eskan is in a whole different league. We did a major kitchen remodel, which included removing a load bearing sheer wall, completely rearranging the kitchen and utilities, closing up a wall and adding several new construction windows. Eskan completed the work flawlessly and on time/ as scheduled. After talking to 8 contractors I finally decided to go with Eskan. It was a right decision. I had my own design. I chose my own material. They understood what I want and just get it going right away. We had a kitchen remodel done with Eskan developers and I cannot emphasize enough how easy they made this process for me and how organized and detailed they are in their work. First, Kaveh gave me the most detailed breakdown estimate of every single cost that I have ever seen. I got quotes from at least 3 other contractors and they all gave me a generic total cost, but nothing close to the level of detail I received from Kaveh, which made my accountant heart very happy to see such detail and full visibility into the project. Second, their pricing is completely fair and in line with other competitors, but you get better customer service by far. The whole team is extremely responsive and timely. Anytime you have a question, it is answered almost immediately. They even keep me on my toes when I'm being a procrastinator and not a good decision maker , to make sure we meet our deadline and so I'm not holding them back. Alena and Jasmine were amazing in helping me design my kitchen to be both functional and beautiful. They offer great advice to help keep me in budget and still meet my very high picky standards at the same time. Everyone who came to the house to work were extremely professional and timely. I had to remodel my kitchen due to mold under the sink. I found eskan developers on yelp, Kaveh answers his phone always and get back to my texts rigth away, and address my concerns fast. He was able to come the next day and give me estimate, and made lots of good suggestions to make the kitchen most functional. My old island was less wide, he suggested make the island wider and do more cabinets on the other side if the island, which I love love it. So much storage space. With the newborn I needed my kitchen done as fast as possible, kaveh put up the crew the next day I decided to go with them, and finished most of the job withing 2 weeks, and small touches over the following few days. Its very important that your contractor answers you phone calls and texts. I had different contractor before him, it was such a struggle to get hold on to him even before the job started. So I decided to go with eskan developers. Reza is the project manager who also very responsible and easy to communicate and professional. He helped me to pick up my backsplash. They know what to look goo in your kitchen because this is what they do. I am glad I asked their options. Oh another thing I really like the counter top but it was prefab so they had to modify the cabinets, kaveh was very nice and agreed to modify the cabinets. The right store and people! Formerly at Bella Kitchen, Kaveh and Reza. Bathroom remodels are expensive, time consuming, and sometimes emotional. It takes time to pick the right pieces for your remodel (tile, fixtures, bathtub, quartz, vanities, flooring) and sometimes, you may change your mind. They were patient, provided lines items of work, and walked us through step by step. Changes were handled promptly, and they were ok if some items were no longer needed. We were in the middle of remodeling our entire downstairs, Kitchen included and historically I would take this project on myself, but we needed over a 1K SF of floors removed and the same amount (Engineered Hardwood) installed. To keep with our construction schedule, I reached out to Kaveh for the flooring quote. We interviewed (3) contractors and ended up going with Eskan. Truthfully, I am so glad we chose them, not only did they do a great job on the floors, they helped us out with finishing our ceiling texture (to meet schedule) and installing our Kitchen backslash. We hired the Eskan team after having a mystery leak that a separate company could not diagnose, which left us with a completely disassembled kitchen and a big hole in our ceiling. My partner and I are particular about how we like projects to be managed, and were so pleased with how the process was handled. Kaveh, Reza and his team treated our home so thoughtfully, were highly communicative when any decisions were required and managed the project seamlessly from start to finish. It was a relief after a bit of a stressful start with the other company to know that everything was being handled with such care, and every person that entered our home took COVID precautions and wore masks the whole time. Once the work was done, you would never be able to tell there was work done -- our kitchen looked exactly as it did before the leak. They even went the extra mile in accommodating some extra steps in the process for us including doing some texturing on the ceiling patch and painting the whole ceiling to get a perfect match as well as searching for the exact crown moulding match that was hard to find. An extra special shout-out to the painter Sergio who went above and beyond, vacuuming behind our couch and doing some cleanup before he started, even after we offered to do it.
