***this is an update in response to Nick's comment*** We were not expecting miracles- that's why the schedule was to come every two weeks to remove and root the weeds that grow during that time, but when the job you were hired to do wasn't even complete and then you don't reply to fix the issue that is a problem. The photos I provided were taken right after your two workers left on their third visit as proof they didn't root they weeds properly. I try to be fair when it comes to business but this was not a good experience. We hired Nick to remove weeds from our yard periodically. The first time his two workers arrived with no warning, didn't introduce themselves, and just went straight into our yard to start working. We took this as a miscommunication. They did a good job removing everything and spraying. The next time communication was good and they did a good job as well. The third and final time they came it was just like the first no prior coordination of when they were coming and went straight into our yard. Luckily this time we knew who they were. In addition, they did not root out the weeds they just cut them down. We paid on time each time according to the agreement we had so we were surprised when we reached out to Nick to fix the issue he did not reply to my call or texts that I sent with pictures. He ghosted us. I gave him the chance to respond but he did not so that's why I decided to leave a review. read more

I have been using Greenscape for a couple of months now and couldn't be any happier. My last landscaper I had for whatever reason wouldn't follow some of the simplest instructions. I would request every other week and sometimes NO backyard and what would they do? The exact opposite of what I asked. I finally reached out to Greenscape, and they nailed it right off the bat. They listened to exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it, and they did it. My yard looks greener and fuller. I no longer have the ugliest yard 2 weeks a month because I would have to let my grass grow over the crazy lawnmower tracks the last company would leave behind. Another BIG plus for Greenscape is that they make sure my gate is latched so my dog can't get out. I couldn't tell you how many times my dog was being caught by our camera roaming around the front yard. Just had Nick and his crew come by and take down a tree and remove hedges along the front and back of my house, along with removing 5 large stumps. They did a fantastic job of cleaning up. There was no direct access so they had to haul everything through my side yard. I'm more than impressed. After months of trying to get someone to come out (absolutely no call backs from other companies), Nick responded immediately to my message. I'll just say the project was completed very timely to my needs and the end result was better than expected!!! My new neighbor who used to pour cement, was very impressed with the work. My cement slab area was approximately 30' x 35' and on a slope. One corner was nicely leveled for my future jacuzzi and another smoothly integrated into an existing cement step. Nick was the first one to come by and give me a quote on trimming up 2 Camphor trees and 1 Sycamore. These trees were large and hanging over the fence so I knew I needed a pro to take care of it. He quoted me a fair price we agreed to have him come and start at 8 the next day. He arrived within 1/2 hour of the agreed on start time the next day. From start to finish he and his helper got the trees trimmed, trimmings loaded and burnable wood stacked in about 3 1/2 hours. They did a good job, left a clean job site and were friendly and efficient. I feel they did a good job and gave me a fair price. All in all I will call Nick again for any yardwork I need a Pro for. Our neighbor recommended Nick to us. When we bought our home the landscape in the front was an eye sore to say the least. We had a huge overgrown tree in the front and hideous cactus with rocks. I had another contractor remove the tree and cactus six months before I contacted Nick. Nick removed all the rocks cleared the front lawn and laid down new sod , made sure my sprinkler system was working , gave me 4 concrete step walkway and used some of the rocks we had already as decoration. Never finished job because he said he could do artificial turf and see pics obviously could not. Concrete had to be redone but ended up cracking again. Ran tractor over lawn and still has lumps and grooves. Need quality control. I had to point out the obvious issues. Very disappointed because he will say he can do everything but needs to know his limitations. Had to call in another company to finish it right. I paid too much and had too much stress. Nick came out in February to give us an estimate on irrigation, grading, planters (with drip lines) and sod. We originally scheduled to the end of February for the job, but had to reschedule after an emergency vet trip. Nick was super accommodating and understanding, and finished up the job today.
