When I asked him questions about the process, he didn't make me feel dumb; he explained it in a very easy-to-understand way and definitely helped me understand the roofing process a lot better. After about 20 minutes of measurements and calculations, Ryan was able to email me a quote before he left our property! Unfortunately, this company had one of the highest quotes among the other roofing companies we met with, but I can't emphasize enough how professional and knowledgeable Ryan was.
