The person at the front wasn't that welcoming, understanding, or helpful. My parents were visiting from out of town and are members of f45 but were having issues with their app to sign in and they could honestly careless. You are a business, you need to work on empathy, solutions, and how to properly interact with guests especially if you are looking to increase your clientele and grow your business.

As someone who loves doing Solidcore and other group fitness classes, I was excited about trying out F45 today. We chose this particular location because of the location and I wanted to see if this would be something I could add into my weekly routine and possibly get a membership. My in-laws who are long time members in Houston for the last 9 years have talked about it and really advocated for it being the best workout gym for the longest time, so we jumped on it and signed up. Unfortunately, my father in-law's app was not able to work but he was able to book my mother-in law on her app. As a family who has a background in hospitality, sales, and healthcare and have been in these different fields for many years, we were very disappointed with our first 5 minutes of interaction. We understand the type of attitude and people who can keep a business successful and will drive clients back into the studio. When we first entered into the building and told the front desk it was my husband and I's first time ever in an f45 studio, the front desk associate was not welcoming whatsoever. She was abrupt and had a very dry personality. We filled out our waivers and waited for my father in-law to come in from parking the car. My father in-law explained the situation and she was not empathetic or accommodating. I do get it rules are rules. It was an app issue. However, it could have been handled differently. It was the combination of her attitude and not being able to be empathic which was our biggest disappointment. An alternative way that could have been addressed would be like "I am sorry you went through that. Unfortunately, it was an app issue and we do have a policy here. Here is a solution..." We would have been like okay we get it. Things happen. Lastly, you are the first person, a client sees when they enter your business. You have to act like you want our business. I am not the type to write reviews to bring down someone's business, but it was such a big disappointment.

Joining Life Time has been one of the best decisions our family has made…read more Like many busy professionals, I had built a great home gym over the years. What I didn't realize I was missing was the energy that comes from being surrounded by people pursuing health, wellness, growth, and recovery. What sets Life Time apart is that it isn't just a gym. It's an ecosystem built around helping people become the healthiest version of themselves. One day I may run laps on the indoor track. Another day I may focus on strength training, core work, boxing, stretching, or recovery. There are machines and training areas for every fitness level and every goal imaginable. Treadmills, weights, functional fitness spaces, recovery tools, massage chairs, stretching equipment, steam rooms, hot tubs, infrared saunas, traditional saunas, cold recovery spaces, and more. And yes, there are televisions everywhere filled with sports. Lots and lots of sports. The atmosphere is contagious. You are surrounded by people investing in themselves, challenging themselves, and pursuing healthier lives. One of the lessons I recently wrote about in my article Dynamic Stretch + Recovery is that growth doesn't happen during the workout alone. Growth happens in the recovery. Muscles strengthen when they are challenged and then given time to rebuild. The same is true in life. The best leaders understand this. The healthiest people understand this. Strong performance requires intentional recovery. Life Time has reminded me of that truth. For me, the traditional sauna has become a favorite place to reflect, pray, recover, and simply be still. It is often in those quiet moments that I find clarity, gratitude, and perspective. What has surprised me most is how much our entire family loves it. My daughter is having a blast with the pools, water slides, and activities. The outdoor beach club atmosphere, music, and weekend events make it feel more like a resort than a gym. My husband has found a place to exercise, stay active, and invest in his health as well. We joined thinking we were purchasing a fitness membership. What we found was community, family experiences, wellness, recovery, inspiration, and joy. In a world that constantly tells us to do more, Life Time reminds us that our health, our families, and our well-being are worth investing in too. Grateful we made the decision.

First time here and I LOVED it. Very clean interior, smells lovely even with all the sweaty people…read morearound, and all of the machines worked and were easy to use! I will definitely be back!

Like all crossfit boxes, people are always welcoming and friendly. The coaches offer good instruction and as usual, very encouraging! If you want a crossfit box that offers many classes through out the day with a great environment for a reasonable price, then this is definitely the place to invest in. After some quick waiver signing & paperwork, I joined the 6:30p class where Matt was coaching. Matt was extremely attentive. He gave very specific cues and tailored his coaching based on the athlete's abilities. He remembered my name during the whole class, thanked me for dropping in, and made sure to tell me "Good Job" as well as a Good Bye. I am an experienced crossfitter, and I did appreciate that he watched my form and didn't just comment to make a comment. He was very purposeful without being over bearing. He gave me encouragement as the workout got tougher, and was paying attention enough to know my pace & to know how many more I could get in before the time cap. The workout was extremely challenging and definitely appropriate for all levels. There was a class warm up and some mobility work, which is always welcomed, especially after traveling & sitting all day. I found the amount of work (warmup, mobility, strength, WOD) to be extremely mindful of time & effectiveness. Things weren't just crammed in to fit in. The flow of the class was smooth and not over worked. I did purchase a FitAid & a Progenex Recovery packet and the check out process for that was fast. The facility was extremely clean and well maintained. The restrooms were clean, water was cold, rollers were available, lots of weights and 15kg bars, and there was lots of chalk available. Although I didn't use the showers, I was told there were 3. They use WODify and the WOD was posted on a large TV. There was a traditional whiteboard with LOTS of goals and you could tell it is a dynamic box. Members were conversing before and after which is always a good sign of a robust community. I would highly recommend this box for drop ins or even if you are new to Crossfit. I can see why they won the best of Atlanta award and I will definitely return when I am back in town.

Since the place is 24hrs thats important to me. They have a security guard that patrols and a life alert-like system that you can activate if you feel like you need emergency assistance. I found out that they have aqua rowers and I couldn't wait to try them since I love rowing. The dual handles really provide more range of motion options for working out your arms. I loved it. I look forward to coming back and trying more classes.

It's very clean & organized It seems very secure. It is open 24 hours, only staffed 11-8. You get either a code or you can use your app to unlock the door. Everything seems very straightforward when it comes to using the rooms and machines. Cons- It's small. I'm 5 11 and I can't do a lot of the yoga stuff due to a lack of space. The walls are low & close, which is a little odd because in all of the informational videos they have way more than enough space. I definitely would not have three people in one room two is more than enough. When signing up it is a minimum 3 month plan. Also I did find it a little weird I went back & fourth with Hattie on the enrollment price. When I walked in the sign said $20 enrollment && I had spoken to someone on Saturday & asked her if the $20 enrollment included the mat & towel she told me yes. When it was time to sign up she said the $20 was over bc that was last month. I wasn't feeling to well so I was kind of out of it but I reminded her the sign outside literally says $20 enrollment. She said she would change it & did!! I also told her my cousin referred me, she told me they they don't do anything with referrals, as soon as I signed up and got the app they definitely do do something for referrals lol Also, as soon as I got home, I saw that the enrollment for the month is now 4$. So it was a little weird that she kept pushing the $99 enrollment when I was aware of the $20 and for the month of July they're doing a 4$ enrollment. So just be aware of any specials before you go in.
