When I said "no" they continued their pitch more aggressively. Friends, young men who disregard "no" on the job may carry that disregard into relationships. At that visit the technician knocked on my front door where I met him in the front porch, I came back inside and closed my door, he took less than 5 min outside, then from inside my bedroom I hear the front screen door and front door open, I walk out and the technician is letting himself INTO my home and closing the door behind him! I was home alone with two large dogs, thank goodness they didn't bite him but I ran up to them first and grabbed their collars. He gave me my invoice and I asked him to leave. I was so upset and scared that he just let himself right in, no business was being done in my home, nothing needed treatment inside, he had no right to walk right in. I called the office and the front desk lady wrote it off and did not see the problem. They called to get me rescheduled for the next quarterly treatment multiple times and I was not going to have them come back out. They are not professional and do not worry about their customers. They just sent me something in the mail asking for me to call and reschedule, I called them to ask them to take me off their list and on top of the situation that happened I explained during the call that with not working very much with COVID that many people are focusing on paying bills and the same lady went into a guilt trip that if I asked for them to come out after this I'd be charged even more! We did have to wait about a month for the treatment. The crew arrived on time and completed the work on schedule and on budget (no overages). The concrete dust in the garage was vacuumed and all holes were filled after the work was complete. Gary was on site with his crew until everything was moving smoothly. If I provide them with camera footage they might see if they can help me. No notice of coming, I wasn't home. Yes I have it on camera. I d rather spend my time at this point (after 8 months of this BS) warning my neighbors to STAY AWAY from this company. I tried to cancel politely by letting them know after several 'treatments' we still had issues, but the cancellation costs just as much as riding out the contract (because I didn't try to cancel before the 'midnight of the 3rd day' allotted cancellation period which passed days before I even got the first treatment). I received an emailed service report for services and I responded that it hadn't been done and to please reschedule. Their tracker shows the vehicle here. No kidding. I do have my camera footage but I'm done. Maybe if I see pests in a week they'll see about helping us then....message me. I'll share all my emails and camera footage (I have 10 cameras with 24 hour recording) for each 'service event'. This is ridiculous. Service companies that show up without an appointment and mark the service completed when you don't answer the door....super stellar. Then the onus is on me to provide proof? Surely that tracker can give time at the address, let's be reasonable...yes, I am beyond frustrated. So many chances...here is the review. My service person is nice, but they work for a bad company. I don't blame them for what I assume is bad, unethical business practices. So, if you want to give your service person a tip, 'give us a 5 star review' and we will give them the monetary reward.
