Ricardo has taken my family from the airport to the ski mountain for many years. Now that I was able to join them on the trip I thought maybe we should just rent a car. I am so glad I listened to my wife and used Runabouts transportation services instead! He remembered my family, was super friendly, and had the best parking spot at the airport for easy pickup. The van was stocked with snacks and water and he expertly avoided traffic in the main roads. One of the reasons the Mrs talked me out of renting a car was the treacherous mountain road and she was right. When we got there, a snowstorm had begun making travel very difficult and I was thankful to have the experience of Ricardo guiding us up safely. Runabouts and Ricardo get 5 stars for going the extra mile, literally! He showed up early to pick us up, allowed for several extra stops on our way down the mountain and had the best dining suggestions!!! He was so helpful with my kids and suggested several activities near the airport to pass the time and wear them out before our flight. The kids are still talking about the Discovery Zone fun they had but seem to have forgotten the ski trip!!! The whole ski trip was great but Ricardo made the travel Part of the fun and an absolute great experience!!! read more

Ricardo picked up my party of 7 at the Salt Lake City airport on time in a clean van. On the way to the resort he stopped at a liquor store for us and then dropped me off at the grocery store, took the rest of the group to the resort to check in. He then returned to pick me up at the grocery store, stopped at a wine store and then delivered me and the groceries to the resort. He had water and snacks for the kids. I can't say enough about Ricardo and his service. This is the only service you should use. You must make a reservation on line. It's painless. read more

Do not do business with them. Be aware of utilizing this car service. There was a small miscommunication with a return home ride from the airport and after apologizing and offering to even reimburse them for the mishap, which we do not need to do, Beverly decided to take it upon herself to completely belittle and harass us. Using words such as "you need to learn" and "I shouldn't have to explain this, you're an adult". This backlash was wildly unprofessional and unwarranted. Lyft costs $13-20 (depending on distance) with no strings attached. I will never use Runabout again. read more

I fly a lot for work - around 40 times / year. I can honestly say that Runabouts Shuttle is the best car service I have used across the entire country. I love the text message booking - they always get back to me in 5-30 minutes. All their vehicles are very clean, Ricardo or Beverly might show up with bagels if you catch a ride around breakfast, and the bottled water is a life saver after a long flight. For 3 years, I used Runabouts to and from the airport on a weekly basis. Now days I'm booking a ride a couple of times a month. They are ALWAYS on time! I love supporting local businesses. This is one of those local secrets I that almost don't want to share. They make the travel experience in and out of the airport quick and easy. I needed a reliable transport company to take my 16 yr old son to and from the airport. He doesn't have a cell phone to be able to call me and tell me he's on his way or back at school safely. Beverly and Ricardo treated my son as one of their own. On the way to the airport they stopped so he could get something to eat and gave him their phone to call me. On the way back, they gave him their phone to call and say he was safe. Then, after they dropped him off they texted me to say he was safe inside. I took great comfort in the care they took of my son. I will DEFINITELY use them again!! read more
