Wow! Would use again and again each time I travel to SLC. I was in need of 2 vehicles for transportation from my brothers wedding, one for the bride and groom to their hotel, and another for myself to get home. Dan was awesome! My son and I used this shuttle service from Solitude to Salt Lake City Airport on 3/20/24. I wish I had used it to Solitude, but we did the Trains, then Bus, then Shuttle which made for a long travel day and stressful. Dan was very knowledgable of landmarks, which made for an interesting trip to the airport. He was on time and very helpful with loading and unloading our bags. The shuttle was very clean and roomy. I booked two days before we departed. Dan was very accommodating with waiting until we were finished skiing for the day, for me to enter my payment info. It was a little pricey, but I was travelling for work and didn't have a lot of other options to get from Logan to SLC Airport. The vehicle was clean, Dan was an excellent driver, and I was able to relax all the way to the airport. Pick up was on time, drop off was easy, service was friendly, but not overbearing. OUTSTANDING! When the "standard USU servicing shuttle", inexplicitly canceled the scheduled Monday 9:30pm trip (last shuttle out of SLC airport), with no notice to us - and perhaps other scheduled/ticketed passengers - we found ourselves scrambling to find night transportation from SLC airport to USU. My young USU student was arriving at night, and soon to be stranded at the airport with only a "we will rebook her on the first shuttle out in the morning". Dan, at Cache Express, came through! Called me immediately, and was able to book her on a direct to USU trip within an hour, with other students arriving at the same time. Picked her up at the terminal and dropped her at her dormitory front door. She tells us that the shuttle was much nicer (and the driver exceptional), than the competitor. For the next 4 years of her studies, Cache has our business for USU to SLC shuttle. Will never book anywhere else, and am confident that my student is in safe hands. read more

As a solo female traveler in need of a 3 hour ride from SLC airport, value was just as important to me as professionalism, safety, and reliability. Dan from Cache Express Travel provided all of these things. I quoted my trip with between 15 to 20 different transportation companies before choosing Cache Express Travel. (Yes, I wanted to be thorough and explore my options, as I didn't want to be stranded at the airport, nor driving through rural Utah with no cell service with someone I was not comfortable with.) What stood out to me initially was Dan's quick and concise communication and professional business presence (i.e., identifying what company he represents, solid previous reviews that identified him by name, good website and invoicing practices, availability to communicate via my preference of text/calls/email, taking the time to communicate in complete spell-checked sentences, and clear outlining of policies). His quoted price was also extremely competitive. I have been ghosted by transportation companies in the past, and from what I could see in reviews for other transportation companies, ghosting is not an uncommon practice in the industry. I checked Dan's reviews across multiple platforms and noted they were all very positive, often from repeat customers. I liked that Dan told me ahead of time exactly who would be driving me (in this case, Dan himself), the vehicle he'd be in, and detailed but simple instructions for the pickup area-which was at the immediate exit of the terminal. I also liked that I had the option to pay either far in advance (which I preferred, so as to have extra assurance that my appointment was secured), or to pay on the day before. On pickup day, Dan texted me as soon as my plane landed to tell me he was already at the airport! What a great feeling that was. He picked me up at our meeting place at the terminal as agreed. His vehicle was exactly as promised, and beyond. It was clean, very comfortable, had bottled water, hand sanitizer, charging stations. He checked in with me multiple times throughout the ride about whether the climate control was to my liking and asked if I preferred music or none. Dan is also a versatile and interesting conversationalist. I am an introvert, and really appreciate when people have a gift of "reading the room" to know whether their company prefers time to themselves, or to chat, etc. Dan was great with giving me space, but in the end his interesting background and knowledge on a diversity of topics really made a 3 hour ride go by quickly. His professional demeanor also put me at ease immediately. I couldn't have asked for a better experience for my long journey. In the future, I won't hesitate to reach out to Dan's business directly for any subsequent transportation needs in the SLC and surrounding areas. At the end of the drive I was pleased to find out that Dan has other associates who also drive professionally, so in case he is booked, I will still be able to rely on Cache Express Travel. We wanted to get some skiing in before our afternoon flight, and Dan was able to pick us up right from the base at Alta and took us right to our check-in. He was timely and came early to ensure that we made our flight, and extremely patient as we scrambled to pack our bags (thank you!). The car was clean and roomy - we were able to fit 2 packed ski bags and our other luggage. In addition, Dan had such a kind yet professional attitude.
