We stayed in unit 121 during Dec 20-27 Location is excellent with easy access to Gulf or Bay. Beds extremely comfortable and layout of condo was great for a family of 4. We could not believe our eyes but there is exquisite artwork throughout the unit and even a Picasso in the bathroom! Washer and dryer worked well We would not hesitate to stay here again! A big thanks to the owners for a great vacation experience

View from the patio of unit 183

Unit #183 The unit is well appointed and very comfortable. The only drawback was the cooling system is located in the living/dining area and was fairly noisy (made watching t.v. difficult when it was on), beyond that it was a perfect place to stay. For those who are interested in beach/pool time, as long as you have you sunscreen and big floppy hat, everything else is already there! (Including a beach umbrella!) the view off the patio is lovely and it's a very conveniently located complex - there is a stellar Indian restaurant within easy walking distance and tons of beaches and piers nearby..

We're visiting from Hawaii--a family of 5 (kids 3, 5, and 10) and after leaving Orlando, we…read morespontaneously drove to Anna Maria Island with no reservations. Everything was sold out, and after calling around with no luck, I finally found BridgeWalk on Yelp. Noah answered and was AMAZING from the start!!He helped us secure a last-minute weekend BridgeWalk and we drove over right away. As a mom, this meant everything to me--our youngest is on the spectrum, and he was completely calm and comfortable in the room. That rarely happens when we travel, so having a space that felt safe for him was huge. The room was spotless, the bathroom was super clean (we loved the shower and tub combo) and the enclosed balcony was such a nice touch. Every staff member from parking to front desk to housekeeping was kind, welcoming, and professional. The location is perfect! There areshops and restaurants downstairs, Daiquiri Deck across the street, mini golf for the kids, and the beach just steps away. They also provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels, which made everything so easy for our family. We loved it so much, we extended another night! As a mom who values comfort, cleanliness, and genuine service this place is a 10/10. We will absolutely be back.

But I'd def stay here again. Bring ur own towels tho they only give a certain amount per day.

We did not sleep here, but we attended a rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, wedding, and reception at the Anna Maria Island Dream Inn last weekend (May 2018). The reason we did not stay here overnight was that they wouldn't allow us to book rooms as far out as their policy states (I called on three different days and was told it was too early again and again, given different dates that booking would open up each time), then when we called back to book on the day we were told we WOULD be allowed to book, they were already full. Very disappointing at first, but after seeing my friends' rooms, I was very glad that we stayed elsewhere. We arrived for the rehearsal (and to help set up the casual catering that was dropped off) and we were told that the space that our wedding party had PAID to reserve was not available to us because they'd booked another wedding (AFTER ours had booked) for same date and they were also having their rehearsal this evening and were told that they needed the bar and tables more because they're a larger party... ((Translation: "they paid more money but we'll keep your money too and you guys can figure it out.")) There wasn't even tables for us to set up our catered food! We had to turn over a rain barrel and bring a table down from one of the rooms (which we later got in trouble for) just to have space to set food... it was so embarrassing for our bride! The next night was the wedding and thankfully, we were able to move the ceremony up enough that it did NOT overlap with the other party (the AMI Dream Inn booked us for the same time on the same beach in the same space...). After all was done, we went upstairs to the outdoor "reception" area and - again - there were not tables and only lounge chairs to sit on. Thankfully, we were able to wrangle several beach chairs and salvage the reception. The second star is there because despite all of the disregard from the AMIDI staff and owners, we managed to make it fun, the beach was an absolutely beautiful place to have the wedding, and they still got married. Yee-haw! While this beach is an AMAZING PLACE to have a wedding, the AMI Dream Inn is NOT the venue I would choose when there are sooooooooo many other options for use on AMI. They care only about taking your money and telling you it's non-refundable when they double-book their venue.

We had one of the one-bedroom south cottages that had a separate bedroom, full bathroom, full-size kitchen with all appliances and cooking accessories, and a living room with a nice TV and sofa. It was super clean and they were very nice. The pool was small but nice (no hot tub) and we thoroughly loved the back dock which sits on the bayside and was great for watching sunrises. The resort supplied an umbrella, towels and chairs for the beach. The island is so narrow at that point that you can watch a sunrise from the back dock in the morning and just walk across the street to the beach in the afternoon. The property was very well landscaped and we found it to be really quiet and quaint. Enjoyed having our own small porch to sit on and also having a parking space right in front of the cottage. The location is very close to Cortez Road bridge and right across from Cortez Beach. We could have walked to Bridge Street if we wanted to go for a little hike but time constraints prevented it. There are several restaurants within walking distance and the trolley stop is right in front of the property. We knew nothing about AMI when we booked the cottage but found that we liked this location much more than the crowded and hectic north end of the island. We said to each other many times that we could not believe we picked such a neat place with so much charm and personality. We have stayed in several beachside condos and much preferred this cottage experience.

We checked in with ease once our North Cottage(number 15) was ready. It was very clean, smelled fresh, and very open. We loved our space with living room kitchen, dining area, bedroom with king bed, large closest, and good size bathroom. They kept everything up so nicely. We loved that it is dog friendly, has a heated pool, fishing pier off back, and beach across the street. It is a good location, close to everything, and definitely an island getaway with a perfectly relaxing feel! So happy we found this place. We would recommend it to anyone. There are a number of different options depending on your size of group.
