They keep the sandwich fixings covered with metal lids which makes it appear that they are not set up to make sandwiches. After making this assumption, we bought premade sandwiches from the case which do not come with condiments. Today I started out being ignored. I engaged one of the workers who was preparing sushi to let her know I would like a sandwich. She pointed to another worker who was joking around with some other customers and while she did so, she did not check to see who else might be waiting. When the other people left I walked down to ask about having a sandwich made. There was some subtle attitude but she walked down to the station and made the sandwich I requested. It seemed like I was putting her out. Husband picked out a premade sandwich to avoid getting the stink eye we assumed could happen if we asked for a second sandwich. Like many other Safeways we have been to, the restroom cleanliness is marginal. This one has an unpleasant smell.

Where knowledge is lacking on both sides, Management and employees must not have barriers asking for explanations and what problems they are having. If management gets behind the employees, the employees will follow and it will be a great place. Honest clear minds to start. I can't work in a place where my job is unfairly threatened at all times. No one can. Management has to purge that from their routine. They get nothing back in return and the opposite gets them friends even.

The officer and my brother in-law went into the store to ask if they could look at the security cameras and were told they didn't work. the wheels on the bike were locked up and the key was out of it. someone had to have picked the bike up and threw it in a pickup truck. this all happened within ten minutes. be careful leaving your bikes or your cars unattended at this store. hard to believe a store without working cameras and that nobody saw this happening.

It had brown sugar, which the cheap grocery store jerky's have. Meat is savory, not sweet, if you want sweet jerky, then add it to teriyaki, but plain jerky should have very little if any sugar in my opinion. I would have considered this a bust, but I was headed up the road to Blue Max anyway and they have the best jerky in the region in my opinion, unfortunately their hot link is more of a spicy hot dog than traditional Louisiana Red.

There was an incident where I tried returning something, I had the receipt but not the tag. I've always been able to return something with the receipt. This one time he told me I was making his job harder without the tag and to not bring "this shit" back to him. I spoke with the manager about it and the manager said that was completely wrong and he shouldn't have said that.... Then yesterday I was shopping and heard him telling another employee that he was ready to beat a customer's ass... I get customer service can be very difficult as I have worked it myself but if you can't at least pretend to be nice which is your whole main job maybe find a new profession instead of being violent towards your customers. He's a grown ass man acting like a child
