Why do people give this a bad review do they expect Walmart not to be Walmart? Everyone knows what to expect so why say negative things coming here when you already have your idea how bad Walmart is. Yes and yes you can go to Target Fred Meyers or even Safeway but for me honestly why would I pay extra for the same thing when Walmart sells the exact thing cheaper? It's a no brainer the lines are short never had a problem coming in here and they got what I need. I've noticed (mostly white) self checkout clerks will watch the brown people like hawks. Even the affluent ones, like myself. No hello, just hateful stares- and also standing over you/behind you like a hawk. Other white shoppers, that actually look like they would steal something? I came into this Walmart a few nights ago to grab some puppy treats for my puppy, the next day after feeding him the treats he started to have horrible, diarrhea all over the house, not being able to control himself. So my wife decided to read the back of the packet of the treats. Turns out that they were expired. November 2025. I tried going into Walmart and letting them know about this, all they did was take down my phone number and tell me that I was going to get a call. Three days have passed and still complete silence. I love this Walmart . I go to this one all the time but unfortunately lately there's been an employee that goes by the name "Jamie-O" just makes me uncomfortable every time he works there. There was an incident where I tried returning something, I had the receipt but not the tag. I've always been able to return something with the receipt. This one time he told me I was making his job harder without the tag and to not bring "this shit" back to him. I spoke with the manager about it and the manager said that was completely wrong and he shouldn't have said that.... Then yesterday I was shopping and heard him telling another employee that he was ready to beat a customer's ass... I get customer service can be very difficult as I have worked it myself but if you can't at least pretend to be nice which is your whole main job maybe find a new profession instead of being violent towards your customers. This store is a joke. Got a new car battery for $150 and took home and installed it and returned with the old battery for a core charge refund. Person working in automotive didn't know how to process it. He said go to customer service. Customer service person didn't know how to do it. Got the manager who apparently didn't know how either so she just walked away with no explanation. Final result, we can't do this. My dad bought a battery a few days later and the salesperson in automotive said it's a fairly easy, straight forward process and he was shocked no one was able to help. Sure as heck not worth a return trip for these losers to muck around not knowing how to do their job. read more

Well I'm writing this review because my grandson actually had a bad experience with the rude tire center technicians, I had a similar worse experience with the costco technicians at the bonney lake costco center and as far as store brand tire centers, stay away from them, I come here to shop and it's got good prices but it's always an unpleasant business here, the sandwich shop is good but the people are rude, the claw machine's are constantly broken and the sandwich shop people are no help. the electronics department is a joke, my grandson also wanted to return a controller of some sort for his nintendo switch, had the receipt and everything, and the jerk told me "I need to see the card". Seriously, the hell you need to see the credit card for, whether you look at the card or not it's still going to be charged back to his moms credit card, so I didn't have it, and the jacka$$ told me "Well then I can't do anything without the card, you're stuck with it" I had to escalate to management to get that thing returned. i'm putting 2 stars because it's still not a bad place to shop, and the sandwich shop is really good read more

One of the worst pharmacies I've ever been to. They are incredibly disorganized and it's a pattern. I've been in multiple times to pickup a prescription only for them to tell me it'll be 15-20 minutes. I wait around and come back 20 minutes later and they say another 15-20 minutes. I ordered a smash cake a few weeks ago along with cupcakes for my kids first birthday. I ordered a 5 inch tall cake, showed them the picture, they even took a picture of my picture for reference. The cake the gave me was about 2 inches tall, and looks nothing like the cake I ordered. To top it off they made me pay for it, but online it says smash cakes are free with the purchase of custom cupcakes (did that). I took it only because it was hours before her party and I had no back up. read more

Gardeners, skip this. Due to staffing shortage the outside gardening department door is closed. To buy flowers you have to go in the front door, walk all the way down to the garden department to get to the bedding plants, load them in your cart, then take them all to the regular checkout. No thanks. Lowe's and Home Depot will have my plant business this year. Hopefully this Walmart (which is currently in a messy state of remodeling) will be back to full service next year. read more

I went shopping in the Bonney Lake store today July 26,2020 and I was never so disgusted in the store there was hardly anything on the shelves the packaged lettuce was brown and like I love ragu and they have more Oregon on the shelves. The last kagsd mushrooms were brown. I haven't been to Walmart because I've always been discussed with the produce but I now know I will stay with winco just seeing the store today made me sick. Do not expect them to enforce the mask mandate. As of today, they have one older gentleman wearing a one layer bandana only half covering his face (nose exposed) staring at a small computer, and allowing many unmasked to enter. No offering of a mask, no reminding. 50% of the customers were coughing and not masked, half the floor staff have half ass-one layer old lady scarves tied around their heads, and only covering part of their mouths. This is the place to shop if you are looking for the place to make some political stand. This Walmart honestly sucks. And I love Walmart! CUSTOMER SERVICE: The people that work there are very rude and honestly racist. I come here often and have yet to deem a positive experience unless I am doing self checkout. I walked in to ask for assistance looking for a pc headset and was told by an older woman more bigger in size, a Caucasian worker in the tech department at night who mocked what I was saying to her several times as I guess she was insinuating I'm a high pitched bimbo of some sort. When in reality I was just tired after a workout and didn't want to wander around looking for signs to indicate where the electronics are. I wasn't interested in conversing, just wanted what I was looking for so that I could leave immediately. It was meant to be a concise trip, but she had to put her two cents in and spark up a convo saying in reply to me thanking her for guiding me even though at first, mind you, she said no we don't have what you're looking for then afterwards said she was joking which made no sense whatsoever. "It's cold outside! What are you wearing?" "Well, you are pretty tan! It must be hot where you come from." I understand it's a Walmart but you're a csr for god sakes. I was in dismay that she had the audacity to approach a customer in this manner. I wish I had gotten her name. I was wearing a long sleeve top and full leggings. This was a really ignorant statement. I was born and raised in Washington so for me to have to listen to someone who probably hasn't left their county lines assume things about where I am from due to the color of my skin was just horrible service all around. Better training is for sure needed here, when I was checking out which I had to do with a cashier unfortunately, self checkout wasn't open I dealt with an old Caucasian woman once again, assuming I planned to steal an item when it was my personal water bottle filled with water in the cart by my purse and was clearly visible. She didn't bother to notice the cart before, until I pointed out I would be doing two separate transactions with an indication to the items in my cart. To play things off she did a smug smile and said I didn't see the water inside until afterwards. What bologney!!! Other employees were just standing around they got dead quiet as I walked up making me feel very uncomfortable with no greeting and then literally gossiping about some new hires and how they fail to recognize who is who with the amount of people getting trained. Which is surprising they have that much time on their hands since everything is usually needing to be restocked and the shelves are empty. At night you can rely on a group of meth heads some with or w/o bikes to be posted up on the left hand side by the grocery entrance (usually only one open at night) would advise women especially to take extra safety precautions if you're alone. read more

Had bad service form the customer service desk. 10:50 today. Went to buy an new battery and had a core. Was told couldn't do that at self check out. Ok no problem. Was directed to customer service desk or back in auto. I was close to the customer service desk and talked to an older gal I started the conversation happy and light spirited and said to her I was directed her way to purchase my items as well as the new battery with the core exchange. No faster that I asked about the core she snipped at me and said she could not help and said I had to get the battery tested back in automotive. I said I just needed a new battery and not test the old one. She just turned a walked away. As did I really frustrated. Went back to auto and the gentleman back there was fantastic and friendly. Great service there. I was going to leave with out buying but he saved the day by how professional he was. read more

If you go in to pick up an online order, best of luck. Bring some reading material. I know it's the holiday season, but I don't see a reason for this. We waited 30 minutes to pick up our package. They came out with what they thought was ours, it wasn't, so they just set it on the counter next to us while they went back to the back of the store to find ours. Absolutely no reason we couldn't have grabbed the other package and walked out of the store. No one would have known. If that had been my box just sitting there, I'd have been pissed. Terrible service at tire center. People are extremely lazy and you can definitely tell they don't work at normal pace because they are getting paid by the hour. Took a worker more than a hour to do a oil change where it only takes me 20 min at home. Went it for tire and balance after 3 hours of waiting they still didn't get my car in. Workers seem to take a whole vacation on lunch breaks. 3rd time this happens this month. Never coming here again. I went to the auto center to get my own oil changed and the gal named Ashley B was very helpful and very thorough I advised her to change my air filter and she realized I got it changed last time I was there and said it was clean and didn't need changing. Walmart is famous for not having enough employees to deal with the sheer volume of customers that moves through their store and the pharmacy is no exception, yet today I watch the young lady multitask as best she could at the pharmacy and still manage to give excellent customer service. I am not a fan of shopping in Walmart. It's so packed and always has long lines for check out but I LOVE their grocery pick up service. I drive all the way from enumclaw on Saturday mornings to get my groceries from here now because I figure the time in the car driving there I would spend walking the isles at my local grocery store. All staff I have encountered for this service are polite and quick! I've grown to know a few of them just from loading my groceries and really enjoy chatting with them. Also, I had to change my pick up time a few weeks ago and they were so accommodating and I really appreciated that. read more

This is probably my favorite Walmart in the South Sound area. The clientele here is completely different from the Auburn location, and I mean that in a good way. It never gets too crowded, and you don't feel like you're playing bumper cars with other peoples carts. I don't know what it is but this Walmart just seems to have a better selection. In addition, they have self-checkout that is extremely convenient when you just need to pick up an item or two. Went in today with my 8 week old pup. Had a clean towel in cart and the pup was obviously calm and quiet. Graham Walmart welcome to me in the store with the pup. The greeter at this door however was rude and made a bunch of comments that even the trainees standing there seemed shocked by. I explained he was a baby I was too young to leave home alone and it was illegal to leave him in the car. I had a clean towel offered to walk him or keep him wrapped up in the towel so he couldn't cause an issue. She had a manager, who told me the store policy is no pets. This is after she went and spoke to him and when he arrived he was very short with me. Washington State makes it illegal to leave your animal in a car. they should also make it illegal for stores to deny you service and stores should be accommodating of state law. Anyway apparently the bonney lake Walmart is not dog friendly. I understand the concerns and I wouldn't want a vicious dog being brought into the store but seriously this is an 8 week old puppy.
