What started as a simple exchange of soccer cleats. Turn into a stressful morning. Should have simply arrived and gotten help to return and place an order for a new size. Instead had me wait 20 min. For her to say that her system is down. And then I have to download the app and have it shipped to my house. She returned the credit to a gift card and told me to download the app and go re order my cleats. and now I can't order them as it won't let me ship to the store. And shipping it to my house is 14$ more expensive. Everything from the online purchase, pick up ,return went great. Leaving me to basically fix the problem myself. Just a lil more attention and effort would be nice! I'll be back for sure just some feed back to work off from. As I've been coming here for years definitely my favorite DICKS AROUND

My husband is the avid camper, hiker , adventurer, but I have been lucky to find xc skis here for years, to have my bike serviced here and most recently have bought much footwear and casual outdoor seasonal wear. What I was looking for today was not yet in stick for summer but I will look again next week when the spring/summer sale starts. With a membership there are so many perks so the savings are huge, especially kf you use their partner credit card. Even leaving empty handed today, it was a fun experience . And when my husband needs a new tent, no matter how small in comparison to this display today, he will get it here and at a good price for exceptional quality.

The store is welcoming with a big dressing room area in the back. Each time I have visited, the salesperson was friendly. I especially like their revolution shorts for running that come in 5 and 11 inches, with a zipped back pocket, very convenient and comfy. They also have lots of fun tanks, also with a back pocket (I am always looking for zipped pockets!). Their return policy is not as great as Athleta's unfortunately. You have to return with the tag still attached (do not wear it and wash it before!). Still, once you know your size, usually you don't have to return anything because you just love your outfit!

No waiting until the end of the year, just immediate savings. It really inspires return business, which no doubt is the point. The store is not huge and therefore the selection could be greater for certain things (I'm looking at you, camp stoves), but what is available is well-curated. Also, the staff is friendly and helpful, parking is solid, and the area is serviced by the HOP bus, so it's easy to get to even if you aren't driving. You earn dollar points and they always remind you when buying something that you have some and ask if you want to use them. I have earned some buying items online occasionally and did not even know I had them until offered at the checkout here. The staff is very relaxed and extremely helpful and friendly. There is a fun atmosphere you can see right at the door with their sidewalk placard that often has jokes or trivia. This is a small place but tightly packed with stock.

If you haven't seen it, now's the time!), new product launches (Tenkara fly fishing rods/kits), and sales galore featuring Patagonia provision bites and local groups helping to make Boulder a better place (Vessel). They are able to provide minor product repairs in-store and mail larger repairs away at no charge. Should they not be able to fix your larger repair (most recently for me it was some buttons that popped off my jean short pockets) they will either provide you store credit towards a new item or return the item back to you. While their gear may be an investment they really back up their quality. Not to mention, they don't even have a time limit on returns!

Since I usually sign up for the race a couple months in advance I seem to underestimate my donut consumption (though this year I got it right by ordering a medium shirt rather than the small). Kudos to them as I'm sure the store gets busier and busier the closer it gets to race day. The store also features lots of great Schwag (polar bottles, sea level is for sissies tees for the fam, etc) so drop on in if you are in the area. If you don't have a recent race to get you into one of those sought after qualifier heats no worries, there's a treadmill in the store.
