I thought if you were a customer you should be able to use the restroom. I was told to go next door to Barnes & Noble and use theirs. I can't understand why a paying customer is told to go to another store and use their restroom! Needless to say that will be the LAST time we will shop at any DSW!!! With a large selection of sports clothing for both men and women, I easily found a basic pair of black shorts that were perfect for my stand-up paddleboarding experience at the Boulder Reservoir. The changerooms here are big and comfortable, easily fitting me and my energetic toddler. My one complaint is that the customer service is a little lackluster. The employees were mostly gathered together around the cash in the center of the room and there were only a couple of other customers in the shop while I was there. It would have been nice to feel like someone was nearby to help instead of having to seek someone out every time I had a question. Maybe it's different when the store is busier, but I did feel a bit neglected.

What I was looking for today was not yet in stick for summer but I will look again next week when the spring/summer sale starts. With a membership there are so many perks so the savings are huge, especially kf you use their partner credit card. Even leaving empty handed today, it was a fun experience . Runners Roost is running company that has few stores in Colorado. It was funny that also had one in Boulder and actually ended up walking around that store also. This store is little smaller than the one in Boulder. The selection is still pretty good comes to shoes, nutrition, and all the essentials need for runners. They have all major brands. Emily big on Hoka ended up getting two pairs and happy with everything. The customer service five stars!! The minute walk in friendly, welcoming, and great conversations. I generally just buy pants here because they fit well. The tops...not so much. If you are not large with big knockers you will have a very hard time finding tops, dresses or bras here. I am glad that they have new styles of jeans because for a few years I didn't like the ones they had so I had to settle for ill fitting jeans from other stores. I also really like their Houston pant. They are my go to pant. A bit pricey but worth it because I feel comfortable shopping there and I enjoy the clothes. This location is usually not too busy and well stocked.

Today I walked in to a mass of beautiful fabric colors for summer styles, packed so tightly on the rack it was often hard to see what the garment was. Skirts and pants need separation to view. Athletic tops and bathing suits all squished together on one bar. But not a single Toad & Co skirt as appeared in the website. The staff member was pleasant and just shrugged and said that none were there. She also said that there were no skirts at all in knee length streetwear, just dressy wrap skirts or long dress skirts. What a wasted trip for me. If you are looking for skorts, shorts, swimwear, long dresses or any sort of tops, the color palette is almost endless and the quality is good from past experience.
