Unfortunately, I showed up 30 minutes before close, but all of the staff was accommodating for me staying a few minutes after close to finish my purchase. Gina, Isaac, and Sawyer all helped me through different parts of my shopping experience. I also came away with a Fleet Feet exclusive for my shoes. My only wish would be for it to have a treadmill for trying out the different shoes. I would wholeheartedly recommend going to Fleet Feet for your running needs!

Searching for new running shoes at 63 YO after not running for a bit, I visited this store because friends had always recommended it. Now I see why, worth the trip to Boulder! I hit the jackpot, as staffer Mike was excellent, with exceptional knowledge of his store, running, and shoes in general. Personnel greeted us warmly. They have a techy sensor pad that examines your feet and makes suggestions about sizing, type of shoes, and brands, then makes suggestions, taking so much of the subjectivity out of the equation. Mike knew his stuff and gave me a pair of options. Both were extremely comfortable and had a great feel. It was a tough call, but the New Balance option emerged victorious and was on sale! They also have a Happy Fit policy, backing up your purchase for 60 days, and will price match. I added some summer running gear and nabbed a calf sleeve Mike recommended with solid reasoning and measurements. In addition, they have incredible apparel and a running club that prepares people for distances and races. Boulder Running Company has joined Fleet Feet, the largest running specialty retailer in the nation. What a great pairing, helping people like me looking for running advice. This will end up being my Go-To running store.

Downtown Denver parking was horrible but I find a spot and walked about 5 min to the store. I was greeted by an employee and they let me peruse a little bit. I was in heaven seeing all the high quality merchandise they had there. The lady (from Texas) who's helped me was super nice and helpful in picking out the appropriate sized belt as it was spendy and didn't wan to get wrong size. Would have loved to get a pair of boots but decided to hold off. Even though the merchandise was a little spendy it's very high quality.

When you walk in, you give them your name and they let you know approximately how long the wait will be while they help the customers already there. They told us about a 5-minute wait, but I was looking around at the shoes and the time flew by. The lady who helped us was super nice and really knew her stuff. I had several questions about the different shoe models, and she was able to explain the differences and help me choose the right shoe for me. Having someone knowledgeable there made the decision so much easier. The entire experience took maybe 15 minutes, and I was back out the door and on my way to my next errand. Great customer service, knowledgeable staff, and a quick and painless shopping experience!

Last week, I walked in especially needy. Once I made it to the dressing room, where I had waaaay too many asks (sizes, special order items not in stock, etc.) and spent waaaay too much time. And once I was finally finished, headed to check out--after the store had officially closed, no less!--remembering: "Shoot! I forgot I needed to return these 2 items I originally came in with--oh, and can you apply that to store credit instead of original payment method?"--(they did.) I worked in retail for years and was well aware of the level of nightmare customer I was presenting. The manager & her co-worker, Gemma & Caroline treated my special order struggles like a personal mission -- and then straight-up stayed open past close just to make sure I got it right. No "we close in five minutes" death stare, no clock-watching, just genuine "we've got you" energy the whole time.
