    These guys do a great job. Highly recommend them. They helped with inside and outside surround sound as well as improving wifi.

    Loving my new wireless Sonos system, I have music in 2 rooms all controlled over my ipad and iphone, highly recommend them.

While trying to get it back up, I noticed it was a 12 year old preowned and they no longer even made the drivers I needed. We called and they sent someone to pick up our tower and asked them to advise on a newer PC. I got a quote for $599.00 for top of the line PC. They were able to copy my files and install them. I was told I would have a loaded computer with the newest microsoft office ( it turned out to be 2017) and an anti virus, top of the line. It was an anti virus that I had to keep re-installing. Then, I tried to play music on my new computer and there was no internal speaker like I had with my other one. I bought a pair of speakers on Amazon and figured out how to install and enable. Luckily, the store sent a really great guy o deliver and set up my computer for me. It was tricky. The total bill was a bit over $1,000.00 . I asked the owner if he would pay his worker for helping me out and he said he was well paid. Not so fast. I ended up giving him $100.00 myself. The owner is not a nice person and when I said this quote was not even remotely close to what we discussed, he said Fine, I will have my worker unplug and send everything back to the store. Don't do it guys.

Stephen helped me mount a TV in a small bedroom for my elderly father, on short notice, over the holidays. His communication to arrange the appointment was excellent and flexible. I knew what I wanted but asked for his guidance on how to go about it. He was friendly, pleasant and helpful on all fronts. I quickly I had an appointment and felt confident about how things would turn out. On the day, he called ahead to let me know his ETA and showed up on-time. Once he arrived we confirmed the job details and he got right to it. I asked him if he minded me watching and asking questions to learn, but I admit, as a highly skilled professional tech guy myself, I wanted to find out what experience Steven had and how well he understood the tech behind the services he offers. My motivation for that is simple: - I live out of state from my folks - good service is hard to find - not everyone is trustworthy - even pro tech folk need help with tech - I know tons of folks who need tech help Stephen answered all my questions with ease and I discovered he has great technical skills and experience beyond the services he offers. I even learned a few tricks about how to make aspects of what he did easier and more successful. I also really enjoyed talking with him about tech and even about life. I was left with a feeling that not only is he smart and qualified, but also that I'd enjoy working with him on any type of tech project because he had such great aptitude and attitude about all. He was efficient, handled small challenges with confidence and completed the job with ease...all while teaching me how he did it.     Recently on 10.6.22, I went back from having an initial good experience with them and had the…read moretotally opposite one. I went in to see about getting a virus removed from my computer. I paid $59 to them upfront for the diagnoses and removal, then another $40 after job was completed. Then when I picked it up and brought it home, the computer continued to not operate properly by having the same issues I originally brought it in for. So, I went back and they looked at it again, but it showed no operational problem. But when I brought it home, after awhile, it started malfunctioning again. Very frustrating. So, I brought it back for the third time, and the technician said "the keyboard might be thee problem," and took a few minutes to show me why, which I appreciated. Then I went and bought a new keyboard for $40 and it fixed the real problem. So, then I called them today to ask about getting a partial refund for the virus removal because they didn't have to remove any virus even though they acted as if they did. I told them I'm ok with paying the initial $59 they charged me for their labor and time, but that I would at least like to get the final $40 I paid refunded back to me because they never had to remove any virus as they claimed they did. Never said any word to me that there was no virus. That's like going to a mechanic and they diagnose that you need a tune-up, then they do it and charge you for it, when it wasn't needed, even though they acted like it needed it. Then come to find out, it was just the advice that it may be a new oil filter is all that you needed. They showed no fairness in my opinion. They charged me for unnecessary work they did because they diagnosed it wrong, and wanted to cover up for their mistake. Then I paid even more money to buy a new keyboard because of their incompetence. When if they diagnosed it properly the first time, all I would have had to pay for was the $59 and a $40 keyboard for a total of $99. But instead, I ended up paying a total of $139 because their incompetence. I guess this is what they consider is doing good business at a time in our economy were people are struggling to afford the cost of living. They've lost my repeat business forever over $40 and I will NEVER recommend anyone else to them. I'm a small business owner myself, so I know how important treating the customer with fairness is. We'll I hope the $40 was worth it to them. So disappointing. I really thought they were a good local business to do business with. Maybe I expected too much from them after my original positive experience with them. It even appears that you can't leave any more Google reviews with them. Interesting.

    Had a simple data transferal from my older external hard drive to a new one. After first giving it…read moreback to me folders and NO FILES i brought it back and 2 days later they were unable to get the files moved and blamed it on the hard drive. So after getting my drives and money back, I found they didnt realize the new hard drive simply needed to be FORMATTED smh real "Experts" huh? I ended up doing the transfers myself because these "professionals" are unable to perform BASIC troubleshooting to complete a task. I Tried putting this on their Facebook but it never posted, they censor ACTUAL experiences with these clowns!

He is extremely meticulous and such a perfectionist to the extent I thanked him for it numerous times. He set things up exactly as I wanted them despite it being tougher than setting it up a different way. I told him if it was much tougher to mount the center speaker horizontally he could mount it vertically but he went ahead doing it exactly the way I wanted without a second thought. He first setup my tv to the receiver with a toslink. After I asked him how I would get Atmos capability he offered to come back to install it with HDMI. At the time I was at work but he was about to head right over. I fiddled on it that evening and I mentioned that a phone call would probably suffice to walk me through it, but I was able to figure it out on my own. He called me the very next day to walk me through it. I am extremely happy with the job he has done. He stamps his work with excellence, so if you want a great setup for a great price don't bother looking elsewhere.
