This is the Best Burger at a chain in the USA as I write this. I've had them all. The fresh balls of meat are smashed out on the grill thin so they caramelize so the edges taste like meat candy. Seasoned perfectly on a fresh bun it's perfection. Pickle lovers are in for a treat. They are cut like Claussen Stackers. I started eating at the one in Machesney Park IL which seems understaffed. This one was packed with workers. The manager was walking around and checking on us in the dining room. Bravo! I ate here on my drive back to California. I was so stoked I found it by my hotel! The room had flies buzzing around. At one point the server dropped a tray of coffee mugs and clearly broke several. She didn't sweep them up. A few minutes later, a busser came out from the back and kicked a broken piece of cup along the floor. He just left it there rather than picking it up. It was still there in the middle of the floor when we left. They did remove the shake that never came and the 2 items that were cold and not eaten from the bill. I think the server was doing her best but only so much one person can do.
