OMG we brought our students here to eat on a trip and we are surprised by the service! On the way to Colorado it was perfect and we were in and out. On the back was a different story! We weren't taking serious from the jump and was blamed for not communicating our missing orders but was ignored at the cash register. After he said that I asked another staff for two sauces then he tells her "not to worry about it". The white guy with a hat that has the sticker "top dawg"!! So rude and def not top dawg probably little mutt. when we asked him to refill the ice he said "that's the least of our worries" wowww I've never been treated like this at a canes. We had over 30 students and spent a pretty penny so being upset is so valid. Mind you a bus full of Native students and staff but he can start to worry about the ice when a white couple walks in. Placed a drive thru order. Our drinks were more than 3/4 ice - very little beverage. We ordered fries with no salt - the were salted, soft (almost soggy). The total order was poor quality & overpriced. The girl at the service window lacked ANY customer skills. Window opened, drink handed to me. "There's that." Window opened & next drink handed, "Here." Same with third drink. Bag with food handed, "Here, thanks." No eye contact. Window closed so quickly there was no time for interaction. Based on the lack of customer service and poor quality of overpriced products, I will not likely vista ANY Canes again. read more

Food: The tenders are so delicious, crispy and juicy! They are small but pack in so much flavor to make up for it. The fries are also good, but not amazing, as they lack seasoning and get soggy relatively quick. They don't taste bad though. Their bread is fresh, seasoned well, and I so good! The bread even tastes amazing in their amazing dipping sauce There is not much they could improve with this bread Drinks: I had a fountain soda, no complaints and it was normal. A Diet Coke a day keeps the doctor away Dipping sauce: This is what I rave about, their sauce is my favorite sauce out of any restaurant chain dipping sauce. The flavor is unrelated to anything else to compare, but trust me, it's phenomenal! Service: Quick and efficient! I received everything I ordered, in a timely fashion. My online order was done within 5-10 minutes. We were greeted on the way in and thanked on the way out. Food was quick and one of the best Cain's I've been in.

Meh, guess I don't see what all the hype is about. The tenders were meaty with a good crunch but not a ton of flavor, especially without the sauce. Crinkle fries also were on the soggy side and definitely far inferior compared to the other fast food chains. Restaurant was clean, parking lot was relatively big, and staff was very friendly! First experience so not sure if this was an anomaly, but definitely not blown away. read more

We ate diving through the state and had to stop in North Platte. Dog-friendly dining options are limited here so far food was the way to go. The Raising Cane's in NP is a good quick bite to eat. They're always doing promotions for the kids and their chicken strips are honestly better than KFC's in my opinion. The staff is pleasant and easy to deal with; I've never had any difficulty placing an order or gotten the impression that I am a nuisance to them. In this world where we're expected to just accept and tolerate mediocrity or downright incompetence, it is refreshing to find a place that continues to provide good service. Wop wah... First time trying Raising Cane's and sorry to say it, but will probably be my last. Stopped here for a quick drive through lunch on our way home to Arizona, options and time were limited, so Canes it was. The drive line was long but moved quickly. Hubs and I both got the box combo. Honestly the food just tasted bland to me, the chicken was juicy and the breading was lightly crunchy, so they scored high marks on texture, but there was just a very mild underwhelming flavor to the whole meal. I will admit that hubs and I are team Chick-fil-A 1000%, and used to their very specific pickle-y flavor, which is VERY different from this. The fries were nothing to write home about and could've used some salt. Same with the Cole slaw. My Texas toast was literally just a thick piece of bread that had 1 side VERY lightly crisped, so not really toast at all. Also we specifically asked at both the ordering box and window for a side katsup and mayo and weren't given either. The cane sauce was just ok, about the only thing that had any distinct flavor in the whole box, but still didn't give me what I was looking for. Also, I really don't like styrofoam, especially with hot foods. Other than not giving us our extra sauces, the service was fast and the workers friendly, so points for that. read more

not sure how to rate this review. was greeted with someone hollering "2 walking in" followed by "car in the parking lot" this must be how it feels to be stalked. this woman who I assume to be management, because she's bossing everyone around, is banging on the counter window and admonishing people, yelling orders. Maybe your staff is so bad they have to be treated like that, but I find please and thank you at a normal voice level works better. I found it to be rude and disruptive while trying to dine. The fiodwas good. I've always had good food at RC. this was my first time at this location, traveling to Colorado. There was a young man that walked the dining room checking in on tables, I found that very awesome, you don't usually find that in fast food restaurants. so the experience was mostly good, but that chick needs a lesson in effective management and lower her voice and quit banging on counters. perhaps stop the stalking as well, or at least disguise it. read more

My brother and I were starving and exhausted driving cross country so we needed calories and caffeine. Stopped here on a cold January night and there was nobody in line. The chicken is good but it's nothing special. Fries are typical frozen fast food fries. The sauce that comes with the chicken was probably the best part of the meal. The girls working there were nice too. Good place to stop since it's off I-80 but I wouldn't go out of my way for their chicken. read more

I love the Raising Canes franchise. So much better then Chic-Fil-A generally speaking. It pains me to report on this particular day the chicken fingers were not very good. They were not very meaty and carried more breading then usual. The parking lot was full and the drive thru was 10 cars deep at lunchtime. This was probably just a one off experience for me. II'm sure if I went again the quality would be much better. Since I'm from outta town I probably won't be back to this location. It'll be up to others to increase the overall rating. read more

What a great place to eat! We have never eaten at a Raising Cane's before, and our first experience was great. The food was delicious, don't really love coleslaw, but everything else was great! We'll definitely be going back again, and I can't wait until we get to come back through. We love Canes chicken but the last few times we went there in North Platte we have to drive through because of virus and the food has gotten quite skimpy for the same price. There was not very many fries and the chicken pieces were very small compared to what we used to get. read more

First time eating at Raising Cane's. My husband loves chicken tenders so we thought we would give it a try. We both ordered the Box Combo and found the chicken was fine but didn't have any exceptional flavor to them. I'm a Popeye's fan so they were a little underwhelming to me. Sauce was tasty but I would have been happy with just some hot sauce. Texas toast was good. Cole slaw was both a hit and a miss. Mine tasted fresh, husbands tasted old. I would give it another try in the future but would have to bring some hot sauce along. read more
