I was referred by my dentist at Orencoo station. I have only one tooth to be extracted. Prior to making an appointment, I called this office twice. I just needed information regarding their pre-surgery guidelines. My concern was what A1C and blood pressure levels where they should be. The receptionist transferred me their office coordinator, I didn't get her name, sounded like "Ignore". She basically indicated that she did not know the answer that it would be up to the main dentist. I asked her twice to find out and call me back. They were not clear about the insurance since the beginning. I was asking them continuously that this is my insurance and they were like yes yes we work with them. On the day of surgery they said me to pay huge amount upfront and that made me skeptical about the whole thing. I asked the insurance company and they said it is not right and they can't charge me like that. I saw Dr Dhadli at Westside OMS in Hillsboro OR in July 2022. The front desk staff asked for my insurance ID info and indicated they would check my coverage for the services that would be provided at my consult for dental implants. However, the Cone Beam CT Scan was not covered at all and the out of pocket charge to me was $250. My insurance company indicated to me that no insurance company covers the Cone Beam CT Scan. I called and asked the insurance clerk at Dr Dhadlis office if she preauthorized the Cone Beam CT Scan and she said there's no way to pre authorize in advance of an appt and there are just a few insurance companies that cover it which she named. It seems logical that since: Dr Dhadlis office knows that most insurance companies don't cover the Cone Beam CT Scan AND Dr Dhadli's office knows the names of the very few insurance companies that DO cover the Cone Beam CT Scan AND Dr Dhadli's office must know through their experience with other patients that my specific dental insurance company, Delta Dental has not covered the Cone Beam CT Scan AND Dr Dhafli's office know that when they are consulting about possible dental implant their diagnostic scan of choice in their office is the Cone Beam CT Scan, THEY SHOULD INFORM THE PATIENT IN ADVANCE THAT THE SERVICE MAY NOT BE COVERED. To not disclose this to a patient is disrespectful and it is bad business. It may be a lack of diligence or care, or it may be deceit, but it feels bad and people don't forget how you made them feel. I recently went to Orthopedic and Fracture Specialists and they made me a custom brace for my hand. They informed me at the time that the insurance may or may not be covered at all or in its entirety. This is a good business practice. This is a place you will have both love and hate feelings at the same time. Surgery is like a monster, it'll never be true if you heard someone said I'm not afraid of it. Dr. Dhadli and her team are very professional and friendly and warm, leading you through all the courses of treatment with relaxation, quick and neat. That makes you love this place and people here kinda looking forward seeing them again (even though less is better). At the same time you'll also hate yourself not taking good care of your oral health......which shouldn't be included in their review... To be honest, getting 3 implants was not on my top 10 list of things to do, but the experience I had with Dr. Dhadli and her team of experts made it an overall super great experience that I will be forever grateful!!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND going to Dr. Dhadli because not only is she HIGHLY skilled and gifted, but because she LOVES her job, this emulates through to the rest of her team with her enthusiasm and positivity!! Dr. Dhadli is a phenomenal oral surgeon, and her team did great job answering questions and providing support in preparation, during, and after my appointment. June 6, 2023, went to Westside OMS for a consultation for a tooth extraction and tooth implant. There was a X-ray and options discussed. They were very friendly and efficient. They did not offer the complete service I was looking for and their fee for the service were high. So, I elected not to use them. To my surprise a bill came for the consult , $535, which had never been discussed. I went to another Oral surgery center and they said consult is part of doing business and there was no charge for the consultation. read more

Professional, friendly staff! Clean, modern office. Dr. Dhadli and her staff treated me great and answered my questions. I was referred to her office for a free consultation from my dentist. I had 6 teeth extracted at once in prep for getting braces, and I was SO nervous! Even though I cried her staff was so kind and gentle with me. The procedure was finished before I even knew what happened and they had a beautiful bouquet of flowers for me to take home. The same sweet assisstant who dried my tears took me out to my car in a wheel chair. My husband hardly had to do anything except drive me. Westside OMS is the best! Both of my sisters and myself have all come and seen Dr. Rupi to get our wisdom teeth out at different times and we've never been disappointed. The entire staff is so friendly and kind and had answers to all of the questions I asked. My mom works in the healthcare field and has had her share of bad experiences, so when getting my wisdom teeth out, she was a little nervous. But Dr. Rupi and her team were absolutely so wonderful. They gave us all of the information we needed and made sure I was feeling comfortable and not nervous. After the surgery, they also gave me a cute little bag of stuff for my wisdom teeth healing. Dr. Rupi is so kind and compassionate. I have already told some of my friends who are looking for dental surgeons for their wisdom teeth about her and her awesome staff. The insurance processing was also super easy and smooth. Noor is AWESOME! She communicated well and explained everything on the insurance side to us and answered all of our questions. RUN, do not walk away from this practice. I was not numbed enough and was completely awake during the surgery!! Then the wrong pain medication was prescribed (that I clearly told them I was allergic to at the pre-op appt). It took them FOUR hours after surgery to correct their mistake, while I waited in extreme pain. My phone calls were not returned promptly or at all. My complaints about the pain were dismissed as "it didn't happen." read more

I am so impressed and thankful to have found Dr. Dhadli. She was referred by our orthodontist for my 10 year old son's extraction. It was a piece of cake. Her office is beautiful and the staff was extremely friendly, but most importantly Dr. Dhadli's calm, competent and sweet demeanor was exactly what my son needed for what could have been a scary procedure for a child. She gave us great instructions and told us we could call her anytime day/night if we had any problems. I am hoping we are done with extractions, but if not, I wouldn't hesitate to go back or refer friends/family to this office. read more

My daughter had her wisdom teeth (impacted) removed and had a miserable experience after leaving the office. When she got in the car she was screaming with pain. The doctor had not given her enough pain medication to last until her prescription was picked up on the way home. 2 days after the surgery, her arm was so bruised and soar from the IV, that she could not move it. 3 days after, the pain in her face had escalated to an unbearable level. When she went back into the doctor, Dhadli told her that she had a sinus infection from the surgery and finally gave her an antibiotic. When I asked why an antibiotic was not given at the beginning, I was told that Doctor Dhadli never prescribes antibiotics unless a problem occurs afterwards. The office staff was very nice although I would not recommend the doctor. read more

Terrible experience here. I was quoted an amount that I agreed to before the surgery, then afterwards billed for almost 3 times that amount because they had lied to me about checking my benefits beforehand. While trying to get to the bottom of the issue I had to call 10+ times over a 6 week period trying to speak to someone and each time I was given an excuse "insurance company has been down the last 8 days" "our phone system has been down all week" etc. When I repeatedly asked to speak with a manager I was just told the manager was busy and wouldn't be able to help me. It's been 6-8 weeks of me trying to get to the bottom of this and nothing has come of it. I wouldn't have had this surgery had I known it would cost 3 times the amount they told me, or had I known how my concerns/questions would be handled. I definitely will not go back. read more

Was referred to this office for wisdom tooth extraction. It turned out they visited my local area dentist only once a month and I could not get an appointment that fit my schedule. Did not know there was a consultation fee, received a bill for the consultation. Receptionist claimed that I had signed the treatment plan for my wisdom teeth and that meant I had to pay all services rendered and it as non-negotiable. She claimed that since I had seen Dhadli, which amounted to a ten minute video played on Windows Media Player filled with information I already knew and could have found on YouTube and her coming in telling me she wanted to take all four under anesthesia. I said I only wanted two and without being knocked out which I knew I wanted all along as I told her I was on a budget. When I said I was uncomfortable with the consultation fee of $98, which no one audibly acknowledged at the time, they threatened me with collections. Suffice to say I have a new dentist and I'll be going elsewhere for my extractions. read more
