I recently had 60 trees removed from my property. The tree company will be another review but their inept employees destroyed several sections of my chain link fence. After several excuses from the tree company they contacted Seagull to come out and get an estimate for the fence they damaged. Within a day or so TJ ,their Sales/Estimator ,was on-site and figured out all the material it needed and the day they would return to make the fence as good as it was before the damage. Seagull kept in constant touch and gave me the exact time and day they would be returning. On the day they said they would be there 2 trucks pulled up and 3 techs went straight to work. Within a short time the fence was back to the way,in fact a little better than before it was damaged. TJ was there and explained to me what was done and no one left until I inspected it and was satisfied. TJ's estimate was the exact amount and not a penny more. Their techs were professional and respected my property ..They picked up all the bent and damaged material and no one would know anything ever happened. Delaware has a lot of bad contractors but my experience with Seagull was excellent. Keep up the good work.

We live in an HOA and they actually completed all of the necessary paperwork that we needed for approval of the fence. We needed a few customizations and they complied without any major costs. I am only providing four stars as I do think there was an issue when we first was working with them to obtain answers pertaining to pricing and etc. once we finally obtained assistance, all was well. The "oh well you signed the contract " statements were not warranted . I trusted a reputable company to guide a new customer. When my property was mapped out for fencing my irrigation system was there. No mention of needing to mark it out. On the date of install the forman stated he saw the irrigation system and that it wasn't mapped out. He started the job and notified me AFTER they punctured the system in ELEVEN places. I was rudely told the responsibility is my because I signed the contract. Would it have hurt to have mentioned IRRIGATION prior to starting the project? The contract mentioned UTILITIES. I didn't think of irrigation as such. Please have your irrigation system mapped out to avoid paying for a fence AND new irrigation!
