On a side note, they only put handles on the outside of the gate doors. Very odd & inconvenient. Pre-install, we told Rodney's son we wanted a gate that would fit our riding mower & asked if it would be better to put a 2 door opening instead of one. He said it wouldn't matter so we chose the one door gate. About three months later we noticed the gate wasn't lining up when closing it. We called them & eventually they came out to fix it. Less than a month later it started dropping again. Today it has continued to drop causing it to not close securely. At least 3 calls to them with a promise to come fix it, yet no one has shown up. Im not sure about the quality. I think the gate issue is related to an install error. The picket/slats slide up & down allowing me to pull it out completely. The price was competitive with the other estimates we got. In the end we are very disappointed. I chose them because I wanted to support a small business. I certainly cannot recommend them.

I stand up for myself and I am a retired Contractor and Realtor, I have installed and over seen the installation of many fence installs. The sale man made a drawling of the fence out line with measurements. The sub contractor did not follow it at all some short some long. Not one of the polls are in aline with each other in a line. Said he was taking over the family business but wasn't under the new name yet. The fence was supposed to be added on to an existing fence. But when he brought it was a foot shorter and didn't look anything like it. I said ok because I wanted it put up for my dogs. I paid them before they were done because I had an appt. When I got home I noticed the gate was crooked and installed backwards. There were big gaps underneath i had to fill in so my dog could not get out. Three small trees he was supposed to remove, he did not. And take away all the brush he trimmed he did not. Found 2" screws throughout my yard. Fence looks shabby. Don't hire them. Have sent him texts, made phone calls, and I've gotten no action from him to put in a sprinkler system. I will be permanently moving into my home in August. I will be filing a police report if there is no action. He is with ALPHA Builders of Camden, Delaware. The service - poor!. Quality- poor.! value- poor! He owes me $5,000.00 for a job he never completed. I want my money back. If you can't put up a fence properly, he doesn't need to do anything else for me (i.e. constructing a deck for me- that won't happen).
