In detail: I recently took my SUV to a local dealer for a "check up" and see about a few problems I've been having. They found multiple issues and quoted me $1500 to have it taken care of. Took my car to Quality for a second opinion where they found only one of the three issues to be true. In addition they found some maintenance needing to be done that had only been mentioned at the dealer as a future issue. I got it all taken care of at Quality for hundreds less and in a short time. Oh, and good communication throughout. Came here for a few oil changes before but after this they are my go-to service station. Totally getting what you expect here with a name like Quality.

The last time, he told me I could pick up my car at 5 p.m. When I arrived at 5:30, I was informed the door was still apart, and I would need to wait another 20 minutes. At that point, the owner was already becoming aggressive and swore loudly when he saw me. I asked if the window was fixed, and he responded impatiently, saying he had already told me on the phone that he took the door apart, put it back, and it was now working. I asked if the issue would happen again, and he said it likely would. I pointed out that it wasn't fair to charge me since the problem wasn't fully resolved, and I had been told I would receive a call before any charges were made. The owner then walked up close to my face and said, "I'll let you go this time, but don't ever come back here again. I think you're a bitch." He then quickly reassembled the door in three minutes, dropped my keys at me while looking down on me, went back into the store, and shut the door behind him.

I was told that the front brakes had plenty of life in them. Next day squealing was as loud as ever. Contacted MBGB and spoke with Vera. She was professional, caring and sympathetic. She had the service manager, Anthony, give me a call and he told me that he would have the technician take a look at the front brakes to see if they could figure out what was wrong. My service adviser, Bill Thompson, called me on Friday, knowing that the storm was coming and had my car picked up on Friday so it could be serviced.
