Once I didn't have to travel had Joe and the Corner Car Team, just a 5 minute drive from my house, take care of my cars. Wow! Do I not regret going to him earlier. Came to get my tires changed and a wheel alignment. He stated my trucks tires are "Cock-eyed " and that he won't change my tires unless I do this "other job " he claims needed yet he never even took the time to fully diagnose the truck . Nor did he explain to me what this other job consisted of . Felt like I was getting scammed if I proceeded. Very unprofessional of Joe , I have a cock eyed as well and it's funny how he used the same term to describe the issue . Let this place rot as it should , this isn't how it used to be like back in the days . To the people who recommended me here , we need to talk . I felt that prejudice vibe here and not only here but in almost every other bussiness in this town . don't go here if you don't have blonde hair and "straight" blue eyes . Had a minor problem with the trunk latch. I called and Janet told me the next appointment I could get was in four days. Then she checked with Joe and he said bring the car in and they would take a look at it. The "repair" (pressing a button) took less than 15 seconds. I would have paid something but they were busy and clearly did not want to take my money. Everyone got a good laugh out of it. These are clearly honest folks. I'd go back. read more

This is the best experience I have had! They get 10 stars. They were too busy but took me anyway. They immediately diagnosed 2 bad tires. They told me it would be next day due to an extreme back up and usually need an appointment. They got the tires and installed/balanced by the end of the day. What an honest and efficient place. My biggest regret when I leased a car was not being able to use Corner Car Care. Joe, Janet and the rest of the staff are alway pleasant and friendly. I am back and have to say that after 4 years things have not changed. Honest as the day is long. He has never ripped me off. He even quoted me up to $600 one time and when I went to pick up the car it was only $80. It was a hose. I wouldn't have known. I am a loyal customer and will remain so. read more

I was referred to him several years ago by a friend and I agree that CCC is the best garage I've worked with (including dealers). These people are terrible. We've used them three or four times (out of necessity) and their prices are ridiculously high, and they always seem to find some extra things wrong with our cars, at the highest prices of course. I take the bills for work done there to other mechanics farther away, and the consensus is always "You got robbed." Never again will I use this mechanic. Don't trust them. read more

Had brought my two cars here for several years. It was difficult dealing with the owner. He doesn't like being questioned.If you understand a bit about cars and ever question his work, you will have a very unpleasant experience. Despite being a regular customer (having brought him literally thousands of dollars of work), he became defensive and rude after I questioned one major repair where I felt he missed a coolant leak. After this, the owner became increasingly rude and disrespectful with each visit. Another time I stopped by to see if they could squeeze in time to replace a light bulb. The owner accused me of expecting him to 'drop everything' and work out in the cold! I was OK with him not having the time, but his disrespect was unwarranted. The last straw was when the owner's wife had put me on the schedule for the wrong day. She insisted I had missed my appointment and that I was 'always causing problems'. She and the owner then launched into a tirade against me and told me not to come back again. (The error was not mine, but even if there had been some misunderstanding, this is not the way to treat a loyal customer). As another reviewer stated, the owner does indeed seem to have anger issues. And both he and his wife are both difficult to communicate with and do not treat their customers with respect. read more
