I had them look into a 'check engine light' and after the fix they took it for a road test. Probably due to bad road conditions a tire blew causing body damage. There was no hesitation from Edge to put the car back to the condition it was in when I handed it over to them. They even installed a new tire. Excellent customer service even when things go wrong. 5 years, 4 Audis later and 1.5hrs away, this is still my favorite shop. Engine swaps, big turbo installs - you name it. They helped out a lot. Always clean, timely and professional service. They have all the dealer tools and equipment, posess immense knowledge in european cars (Audi, VW and Porsche specifically) are very honest and charge a lot less than the dealer. I was referred here from a friend from work and they had a few good reviews so I decided to take the trek up to Rockland County. I am in the car business for many years and have many choices to utilize but I went to these guys specifically because I was told they were great VW technicians. I just bought my daughter her first car a used Beetle and brought it here for a safety check and to see exactly what it needed. Both Sergeys were very friendly and professional. They told me exactly what the car needed and didnt try to upsell me. It was at a fair price and the work was quality and fast. This was my first time here as a customer - and very happy since I'm local to the area. Sergey the owner and the workers are knowledgable mechanics. The place is clean, the prices are reasonable and the excellent work is done properly. As I waited, I heard him on the phone and how he deals with customers was honest, he explains the problem so the customer knows what is involved. I will definitely use again. I went in and the guy automatically greeted me and told me yea we can help you. I called them at 9:30 am and by 10 am my car was already in the shop. Fast service top notch service done to my awe modified Bmw axle back on my 2015 bmw 328i. They are hands down the best ever. They work fast and do the best work I have ever seen by far. I used to own a 2002 VW Passat v6 and would drive 1hr from Northern NJ to bring my car to Sergey and Alex. These guys do honest work and more importantly know and specialize in VW/Audi.
